    “The apartment is right in the centre of the old walled town of Dinan so is ideal for sightseeing and shopping. Lots of various cafes, restaurants and shops within 5minutes walks so very convenient. All the staff were extremely helpful and their spoken English is good. The building has kept it's 14th century charm and the bedroom was very large and spacious with a quality bath and shower unit, a separate toilet and shared use of a quality kitchen with fridge freezer, electric cooker , dishwasher , coffee machine sink and draining board. All the characterful features have been kept with tasteful modernisation.. we had a very pleasant and peaceful stay and can thoroughly recommend Guest House Saint Yves.”

    “A charming period house set in its own large grounds, just off roads leading to Dinard and St. Malo, which was helpful. Eco friendly, well furnished and decorated bedroom overlooking one part of the garden, which was lovely for our three night stay. Breakfast was plentiful, with some home made produce, which all tasted great. Welcoming and helpful hosts.”

    “By some way this was the finest accommodation we’ve ever stayed in. Many places fall under the ‘chateau’ banner but this was the real deal. Magnificent rooms , comfortable, spacious and beautifully furnished in a location that somehow took ‘peaceful’ to another level. The host was most helpful in recommending places to visit that helped make this an unforgettable stay.”

Such a pretty house too with many facilities, extremely comfortable bed and fantastic bathroom. Very kind and friendly host and delicious breakfast.
