“The location was nice considering it was quiet and was next to the beach. Its nice if you dont want to be near the busy parts if Boracay. It takes about 15mins to get to D-Mall. It's about a 2min walk to a few convinent stores and the port.”
“I don't know how to express our experience and feelings about Villa Caemilla and its lovely staff. From the moment we walked in until we leave we felt like it's our last day on earth and everyone knows about it :). They were kind, helpful and always smiling.
We didn't book breakfast or dinner initially, but once we tried the food from the kitchen we had most of our breakfasts and dinners in the hotel. One day there was a Fresh Fish market day and we had an amazing fish and squid.
I'd definitely recommend this lovely hotel to anyone, without any doubts.”
“The location was perfect, 5 minutes to the beach, near to shops, pharmacy, restaurants.
The receptionist called Perl was very accommodating, friendly and she genuinely cared about her guests. She managed to accommodate us all 4 families in the same floor after all the issues we encountered before getting to Boracay. The welcome drinks and my name on the tv screen were a nice touch.
Staff was most of the time smiley and friendly.
If you want to a tour guide for your activities( we did 4 island hopping and ATV motorbike, zipline, etc) pls ask the reception about JARREN, a very humble and kind guy who is very passionate about his job and will go above and beyond to look after you and make sure you enjoy all the activities.”
“The location is really nice but the facilities are very old, like the towels, duvet and pillows need new ones. Staff are ok but they did not explain that if we need cleaning we need to put out a sign which we did not see and I think they are ok to hear people complaining, it seems they were already used to it as everytime I went down I always heard someone with them presenting their problems or arguing with staff e.g blocked toilet or demanding to change room etc. Also no one comes to empty the bins.”
