“The location- it was perfect for our needs. We wanted to visit both, Riga and Jurmala, but at the same time stay at quiter location for overnight. Next to the house there was: playground, scooter park, outdoor gym, basketball and volleyball pitches, green area to walk with a dog and convinience shop few mins away.
House itself offered everything we needed for a 5 days stay.

“The lodge we stayed in was cosy and homely, very clean and modern with all the facilities you could want for a stay by the lake. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed free use of the boats and bikes. All the basic requirements for cooking etc and extras like cheese, egg, milk, bread, tomato, butter, kitchen roll, 2x bottles water per day, air con, cooking facilities and bbq were included. Easy Bolt taxi ride from airport to campsite (€15-20 approx.) Nearest big supermarket Rimi €12 approx each way in Bolt taxi. Bolt is easy to book to get from A to B. Fishing rods are not available so make sure you bring your own or buy one from the shopping mall (Spice Home approx €15-17 from campsite) like we did, they also sell fishing bait. There is a shop and restaurant approx 3.5km by bike from campsite, the restaurant has food available to eat in or take away and the shop has a varied range of food and drinks, including bakery goods and wine. Guys you are in the country by a lake, bring mosquito repellent, you will need it!
We loved everything about our stay, definitely recommend it and plan to return again in future.

“Friendly and responsive host, gave us a lot of information. For breakfast we visited Lido about 8 min. (by car) from the accommodation, we were satisfied. The apartment is clean, spacious, stylish. There is coffee, tea, water, sweets, all things that make you feel welcome. It is a good distance by car to visit Riga and Jurmala (about 30/40 min.). We would be happy to stay there again.
