  • Malmaison Belfast Review score: 10

“The lady at reception was so welcoming, friendly and she also gave us an upgrade as it was my daughters birthday. Lovely mannerly and unassuming she has glasses but we didn’t catch her name.”

  • Bullitt Hotel Review score: 1

“We paid £264 for room only - upgrading to a superior room to ensure a relaxing stay. Unfortunately the room lacked the necessary soundproofing. It was impossible to get any sleep due to the noise coming from the hotel bar. Staff were unhelpful and unable to assist and asked what we expected from a city centre hotel. Having stayed in numerous other hotels in Belfast city centre we have never experienced noise levels like this. If you are looking for a relaxing break look elsewhere.”

  • Leonardo Hotel Belfast Review score: 8

“So central and convenient to the Railway Station. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were lovely and the treats in the fridge and the beverages and biscuits were so appreciated. My only complaints were there were a lot of stains in the carpet and the breakfast was haphazard. There were no fried eggs available, there were no sideplates or milk. They did resolve these issues but we had quite a wait.”
