“Cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly and lovely. Ahmed in reception and Yulia in Kids Club made our stay special. All lifeguards were very friendly and lovely. Most other staff just told us what we wanted to hear to phob off any issues we had. Buffet food was not a very good quality and zero diversity when staying for more than 1 week. The evening entertainment has improved but still has ways to go. The night time pool party was brilliant. Mongolian restaurant had the best food and the most friendly staff.”
“Lots of pools, for all tastes, from baby focused (10cm) to pools with artificial waves (1.8m). If that wasn't enough, it has its own beach where you can go snorkeling for free!
The room was big and could accommodate us with our two kids. Everyday you have events organized for kids.
Last but not least, the hotel staff kept checking on us if we needed anything (Daniela was amazing!) and even prepared lunch boxes to go when we checked out. Super proactive customer care.
