“The location of the house is absolutely incredible. The view of the sunset and sunrise is very beautiful. The house consists of three beautiful and clean rooms, a kitchen and a sitting room. It was an excellent experience. They also provided us with a wonderful Omani dinner for each person for 5 Omani riyals.”

What really made our stay special, though, was the kindness and hospitality of the host. Not only was the host incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, but they also went out of their way to return a personal item we had accidentally left behind—delivering it to us even though we were far away.

“The summit house is just magical , the location is really nice , very calm , we enjoyed the sunset on the bench with the view of beautiful mountains, just in front of the property. The house is well equipped with everything, if you need something you can just ask the owner who’s super kind , he speaks a bit of English but his cousins helps with all communication efficiently . We ask them to prepare us a dinner and breakfast which was really nice and tasty . There a bbq but also a kitchen if you want to cook . The house is clean and comfortable. We truly recommend this place ! We have leaved in oman for few years and we know several places , this one thick a lot of good boxes !”

“Everything. The owner was lovely. Said he'd give us a discount if we contact him directly next time. You actually do get a breathtaking sunset view, sunrise unfortunately is blocked by a mountain on the east side. There was a space heater in every room, bathrooms were clean with really good hot water. The patio is great to sit in the evenings after watching the sunset. It's location is just at the bottom of the hill leading up to the main Jabal Shams area which is great as its not in the way of tourists coming and going.”
