Staff was very nice and helpful, confortable rooms and very good bed. Great location just on the beach. To have a small kitchen in the room was a big plus

Not to be able to smoke in the balcony

Relaxing couple of days by the ocean to start our trip to La Réunion.

The breakfast seemed a bit pricey for what we wanted so we popped to a nearby bakery for a coffee & croissant instead.

Big rooms, big balconies, fixtures new, kitchenette in room, beach proximity, private parking.

Towels for pool/beach are limited. Bar closes early.

It is a beautiful hotel in the middle of the best beach in Reunion. More boutique than resort but with all the amenities you could need. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The check-in process. It should be a 1 minute effortless process. 90% of hotels get this right. I don't want to go sit in the lobby for 15 minutes. I don't want to fill out forms with information you already have. I don't want to listen to a long story.

Very friendly and professional staff, beautiful amenities, big and comfortable room.

The beach and pool area could benefit from more comfortable sun beds. The beach area is not well equipped (no sunshades, no real beach sunbed area).

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was huge and quiet. The bed is very comfortable. We had lunch at the coconut grove and the food was very good. bonus : The staff speak to you in French, English and Creole and it is a pleasure to be served in our language ! 🇷🇪💪🏼

The pool was small and jam-packed. We opted for the beach instead.

The room was very clean and a good size for me and my two grand-children. The pool was smaller then expected, but the kids loved it anyway. Breakfast was excellent and the dinner and snacks we had were als very good.

    Nothing to complain about.

The perfect location and the ideal size and comfort of the rooms. Incredible view of the lagoon. The pool feels like a small tropical basin.

The food (especially breakfast) was mediocre.

Nice beach with palms, new and nice room, good location.

The staff. One one hand they are very kind when one arrives, smiling, but later one realises it is quit false. Two examples: I reserved the restaurant for dinner, we agreed which table will be, she took my room number and when we came back in the agreed time (maybe 5 minutes later than agreed), the table was gone. She told me she tought we changed our mind, without trying to call us or to wait a bit. Second example was at the end when I payed cash and instead of getting the change back I was put to wait quite long, without explanations. When I started to ask what is happing they explained that they check the money (this is the process). Nothing against, but being sincere and transparent at the reception would be much better and this hotel would not have only 7.9 ranking on booking because it deserves much more. Change of the way the clients are treated, understanding the European expectations and everything would be much better.

    Super nice location

Safe and coffee machine weren’t working. Staff is friendly enough but for the price you expect a little more service

The bar area is really nice and the sunset on the beach is UNREAL!

the property is quite small but the roof top rooms make up for it
