Friendly staff, great location for a few days to explore the area. Our ocean view room was very comfortable and the views from the balcony, amazing. Several restaurants available a minute walk from the hotel, good holiday vibes. We had a great stay in Boucan Canot.

Breakfast buffet was very nice. A great variety of foods to select from. The restaurant is lovely with ocean views. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the water dispenser to refill water bottle as needed. Excellent location. Right. On the beach.

Lovely view over the pool and the ocean and amazing sunsets, food was super nice and breakfast was great, nice choice and fresh selection. Staff were very friendly - answered messages prior very promptly and I asked for flowers to be in the room and these were great!

All our problems on this trip were nothing to do with the hotel and the staff were very helpful in trying to sort out matters for which they were not responsible.

The friendly attitude combined with quality and style, the professionalism with which the staff responded to being right in the path of a severe tropical storm, and the quality of the cooking. Apart from the excellent evening meals, as someone who has suffered in so many hotels from over watered and barely cooked offerings, these people know how to cook bacon for breakfast.

Excellent place. Beautiful view, whales swimming in the bay around the clock. Nearby beaches excellent with vibrant atmosphere. Dreamy location, the time flew by while we were there!

- parking spaces limited and can be a problem - restaurant staff not the most attentive and felt like they were doing us a favor talking to us - value for money doesn't feel right for a 200+ euro / night hotel for what you get - no socket to charge phone on any sides of the beds, lamps are hardwired and cant be unplugged so that you can use them for whatever you need.

- nice location on the beach - beautiful garden - rooms spacious and clean - breakfast timing was convenient since it started 6 15

one night in Junior Suite, wardrobe door would not open, Male. Staff on front desk informed, not fixed. Shower mouldy, rising damp in some places on wall. Bery expensive for quality of room. Second two nights in Deluxe room, room much better maintained, very happy with this room both had sea views

we were expected to reserve parking for our rental car but was only informed thereof on day 3 of our stay when there was insufficient parking as the hotel was full- therefore please note that you need to reserve parking prior to your arrival dinner at the hotel was nothing to write home about - not alot of options and on the expensive side but fortunately there were some lovely restaurants literally a stones throw away from the hotel
