MauritiusWe were not informed well about breakfast: it turned out to be a bit cheaper if ordered beforehand and kids are eating at a lower price. It's also mentioned, that breakfast is till 10, but if you come at 9:30, you are allowed to eat only on a terrace and don't have full range of options.
The hotel is nice and offers everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The room was as on pictures and comfortable. The view from the room was charming. Duo of swimming pool and bar made our hotel time really good. We enjoyed gourmand dinner at the hotel's restaurant as well.

ReunionWe didn't like the fact that the bedside lamps weren't working and the sliding door of the closet was cracked.
We liked the food ! The restaurant "Grand large" was amazing and the breakfast almost complete. We liked the view and the fact that the beach was just up front. The staff was nice too !

United StatesRestaurant was just mediocre but convenient for dinner. Breakfast was a bit expensive so we crossed the street and had coffee and croissants at a small bakery. Limited TV channels.
Nice view, good location. Quiet at night in the Oceanside rooms. The bed and linens were very comfy. Nice water pressure in the shower with super hot water. Balcony was pleasant with a water view. Hotel offered complimentary cocktails at the pool bar, which was nice.

MauritiusCorridors are quite noisy at times; as mentioned and required by F&B team, guests should advise any specific requirements at least 24hrs prior to breakfast, I informed that I would need soya milk and staff mentioned that they will cater it. The next day, new staff on duty were not aware of my dietary requirements. However, she checked immediately with the 'economat', and finally, there was no soya milk. I wasn't disappointed, but I was a bit concerned.
I like the hospitality service, very courteous staff.

South AfricaVery expensive restaurant 38 Euros for breakfast and 80/100 Euros for evening meal, food not worth it , you are better off going across to the bakers in the morning and using the patio self service across the road. Go to Les Artist restaurant for lunch, excellent. Also my wife was bitten badly during the last night, going to doctors today

UkraineWe were not escorted to our room. We got lost, we had heavy bags and it was inconvenient to look for our room. Strange transitions between elevators have to be bypassed by some bridges and elevators or carry heavy bags up the stairs. Expensive SPA!
