I would like to know that the establishment has a policy that requires to check in from 1:30 to 5:30 pm

The breakfast had a special touch of 'warm welcome' with a nice home-prepared jam, whole-wheat bread, fruits, and yoghurt, which already put visitors in the calm, natural spirit and atmosphere of Cilaos. The names of the rooms which reflect the natural beauty of Reunion: Piton des Neiges,... written on the table were like a special customised invitation.

An access to a microwave would have been nice for eventual heating up of dishes for dinner.

Personell is super friendly, bed is comfortable and the views are great

There was no kettle in the room- a bit disappointed

Very clean, great aesthetics, bed mattress and pillows were comfy. Hair dryer available. Onsite parking available. Great wifi.

Our room had a connecting room upstairs. Walls are thin and conversations can be heard clearly through the walls. Room could use a fan as it was quite warm at night even with the window open. Perhaps the comforter was abit too thick.

The location was magic , when you wake up there you feel like you're in a movie, the room was very clean and neat and the staff were very nice

we asked for a late checkout several months before going there without having an answer and the day we went there they only told us it was not possible , leaving us with desperate to find another solution to get some sleep before our big event. Being more reactive even if it was a negative answer would have help us to have a solution earlier during the year

The property is very close to the city center. One can walk to go there. Very quiet and peaceful place. We shall recommend it to our friends

The location in Cilaos is perfect there is parking inside the premises Breakfast was very nice with good coffee baguette yogurt fruit and croissants

First - when we arrived after a long day we found a notice on the door requesting to call for assistance. We called but nobody answered so we left a message on the voice mail. The lady only came 15 minutes later to check us in. During the check in we re requested to deposit our passport or 550Euros in case something is damaged or stolen from the room. I have never encountered such a request. we were then asked to sign an inventory list of everything in the room, and when we left someone was sent to check that no pillow cases disappeared... this doesnt give a very friendly feeling the room itself looks relatively new and has a great potential, but missing very basic things for example glasses for drinking or even a toilet paper holder (maybe they are afraid that it will get lost...)

Great trailer in the middle of the center of Cilaos, perfect for going around the town as well as a good place to start hiking. Very nice personnel that explained everything very well and were very welcoming. The trailer was a great deal for the money, with basic amenities, hot water and good wifi.

It's not the newest trailer and the walls are thin, but it's still good for the price.

Bedroom comfy. Nice view. Clean. Close to L60 bus stop. The staff helped to make some calls for me as I couldn't connect to the french telephone system. Close to the centre through a nice shortcut. Can use the main kitchen which is fully equipped.

I was asked to leave a cheque in case something is broken or stolen! Quite unusual for me who travelled lightly and visited quite a few locations. I was the only person in the whole premises which was a little weird and scary being new to the place.

We got a welcome from the guy which was ok. An effort was made to give us breakfast under terrace

Breakfast was just ok. However location was not at all to expection. Dirty with spider webs, no towels as per description, no amenities. False pictures. Explanation was that booking.com directed us towards the poorly crafted place. Cheers
