The breakfast was very good. However I still feel it can be improved for a 5 star hotel. There is no authentic Karak Chai, variety of fruits and desserts can be improved. Also the bread selection should be more fresh. Also I wished if there is women and men separation for using swimming pools and Gym. It will be more comfortable and less embarrassing.

This is my second time staying in Wyndham doha west bay. Things changed alot in west bay since my last visit. My last visit was during the soft opening of the hotel, back in 2017 if I recall. The location, the staff, the facilities and the apartment. Everything was great. Could not find a mistake to be honest. Valet parking team was so helpful. The apartment looks same and not outdated since my last visit.

I did not experience anything negative at this hotel.

All the staff were exceptional from porters to room service, kitchen staff. The two staff members who stood out the most were Ms. May, the front office receptionist and Mr. Azmat Duty Manager both accommodated us for the late checkout request. It was my first time in Doha, and at Wyndham Doha West Bay, but it will certainly not be the last, I hope to travel to Doha and stay at this hotel again as it is central to all locations and amenities. Taxis are easily available and are quite cheap using the Uber app. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to cater to everyone's taste and religious sentiments.

Limited sunbeds and chairs around the outdoor pool, even though there’s plenty of space to add more. • The kids’ club staff are not friendly with children — I noticed this on several visits — and the rules are not guest-friendly. • The kids’ club is chargeable. I hope management reviews this policy, at least making it free for in-house guests, even for a 1-night stay.

This is my 3rd visit to Wyndham Doha West Bay, and I always enjoy my stay. • Location is 10/10 — just a 2-minute walk to The Gate Mall, close to Katara and Lusail, and only a 5-minute walk to the metro station (with easy access to DECC and City Center Mall). • Pools are 10/10 — both indoor and outdoor are excellent, plus the relaxing spa. • Spacious and comfortable rooms — I’ve stayed in the 1-bedroom apartment, 2-bedroom apartment, and the Deluxe Room; all were very good. • Helpful front desk staff who always try to provide the best option, view, or even a free upgrade. • Fantastic food and café options inside the hotel, such as Lemon, Tche Tche, and especially the Pinna Bakery & Café in the lobby. In addition, there are plenty of dining options in The Gate Mall within walking distance. • Free valet parking in a shaded area (normal in Qatar, but always appreciated ❤️). • Special thanks to Ms. Yvonne — very kind, professional, and truly helpful. • Good breakfast. • The kids’ club itself is nice and well-designed.

I would like give 5 starts based on my experience. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The receptionist welcomed us warmly with a genuine smile and handled our check-in quickly and efficiently. Also, I surprised to find that valet parking was free, making our arrival smooth and they handle my car very well Then, we had 1108 room, that was amazing view with west bay buildings. Our room was  well-maintained and Clean. The toilet size is big, with bathroom and many things of toiletries. The swimming pool was perfect for families, with a safe and fun environment for kids to enjoy. The breakfast  at 2nd floor of restaurant was a real treat. The menu was extensive, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes, from local specialties to international favorites. Every meal we tried was flavorful and beautifully presented. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We can’t wait to come back. Again,  we were enjoy our staycation even only one night.

My phone died and I forgot to bring a charger with me. So I asked the staff if I can borrow one of their chargers and then bring it back but they said no and they didn’t have any chargers to lend. i guess it is my fault for not bringing a charger but they should also have spare chargers to give if a situation like that would have happened
