Great privacy for families, Rooms was so clean and comfortable, the privet pool size was decent the depth as well of it. breakfast was acceptable.

It is not my first time here and always exceptional as usual The staff especially Ahmad, cleanliness and what I like the most is the villa experience that I never tried before, spacious and clean with nice view and very near to pool

Unfortunately the pool was dirty and unfortunately it hasn’t been cleaned for a bit.

The pool view and the room was nice and the upgrade which is has been supported by Florina the receptionist.

The pool was very dirty

I liked that the rooms and the bed were clean , the bathroom was very spacious and well equipped, and very polite staff.

The smell of the whole area was bit uncomfortable. The area smells like farm or stable that was the most drawback

The location is good, the pool stays at night which was good for the kids, the staff was extremely helpful we had a receptionist her name is Tatiana she was more than great and very helpful The room was good and you feel like you zoned out of the crowded places and the city

Expensive food I wondered that one boiled egg costs 25 QR Young children didn’t have playing facilities

The only sticking point for me was the overhead shower, it felt like the nozzles were not cleaned and water was not coming properly. They need to fix this issue for future guests.

Superb clean and large pool for kids and adults, very well kept grounds, excellent for evening walks. The Villa was excellent with great kitchen facilities and clean.

The restaurant on dinner time, seems very lonely. There’s also very limited staff on both restaurant and cafe. Since it is far from the city, there’s no much choices for dinner.

The pool is very spacious and cabanas are available, so even it’s summer we were able to stay until noon outside.

The staffs Bayu & Sahdev was very supportive and give us a best upgrade possible even during a rush time..worth for money. Got a best deal from booking.com even at weekend.

There is no facilities in the hotel only outdoor pool and Gym. For the games and Indoor pool there is extra charges that doesn't make sense. And the picture in display doesn't match with the actual place. The lake showing is in the picture is so dirt

There was a smell of animal dung at the property. The security and management response to a complaint took forever. Almost everything in the room was broken, our kettle was not working, wall socket plugs in the bedroom were not working. There were no towels in the bathroom. We had to ask for the towels.

The staff was amazing. Kudos to Caroline at the reception, and Zeinab and Akram in the kitchen
