Walking to the Mall is very dangerous with no pavement and the continuous stink of smoke in the main lobby areas from the smoking which is permitted in the completely open cafe/lounge area is not something that should be happening in 2025.

Everything was perfect! We were celebrating our honeymoon, and they kindly upgraded our room—which was absolutely spectacular, just like the rest of the facilities. You don’t even need to leave the hotel; there’s so much included and available on-site (Spa, Gym, Indoor/Outdoor Pool, Private Beach, Farm Animals, Restaurants). The buffet breakfast was incredible. On our final morning, we had an early flight and didn’t make it to breakfast but the staff organised food for us to take away to the airport. The service from all the staff was outstanding, and the welcome sweet was a lovely touch. We loved our first time in Doha.

This hotel is truly exceptional and nearly perfect in every way. The staff were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Reception service was flawless, housekeeping was of the highest standard, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. The pool staff were friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

However, there is one concern that shouldn't be overlooked. The hotel has a small zoo on its grounds, and unfortunately, the animals there are kept in poor conditions. During the unbearable Qatari heat, there are no visible cooling systems in their enclosures, which is simply unacceptable. We hope the hotel management will take action to improve the welfare of the animals as soon as possible.

This hotel truly deserves every bit of praise. The staff responded instantly to any request and always went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The reception team was absolutely flawless, housekeeping was top-notch, and the breakfast was simply amazing. The pool staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive — their warm attitude made every moment by the pool even more pleasant. Highly recommended!

Excellent short stay.. Attention to details, we booked for 2 adults and 1 child.. A small tent was prepared with colouring books and balloons in the tent. Fresh fruits on table and water was replenished well. Pools were amazing. Staff were generally all friendly and warm..Well done Ritz- Carlton team!

Absolutely everything was perfect. This is the Ritz-Carlton, so you can expect superb service. The staff’s attentiveness, the hotel’s interiors, and the restaurant’s quality are all of the highest level. We were treated with the utmost care. We missed a night flight, and the hotel kindly helped us return to our room that same night, even though we had already checked out.

We stayed for just one night at The Ritz-Carlton Doha and honestly, we wish we could’ve extended our stay—but we had to return to Riyadh because my husband had work. Our whole family enjoyed the experience, especially our two kids, thanks to the Ritz Kids Club. It’s a fantastic space for children aged 4–12, where they can do coloring and enjoy snacks if they feel hungry. It was a great bonus for us as parents! We loved the pool and beach facilities. The indoor pool is open until 1O PM, the outdoor pool until 8 PM, and the beach area is open until sunset. However, one suggestion: during the hot summer months, it would be nice if the beach area opened earlier, maybe around 6 AM instead of 8 AM, so guests can enjoy the cooler morning hours. The room was comfortable and had a beautiful view, although it felt a bit small. We appreciated the welcome fruits, which was a lovely touch. That said, we noticed that the soundproofing wasn’t great—we could clearly hear noise from the neighboring room, where it seemed like a small gathering or party was happening. It didn’t last long, but it did affect our rest for a while. Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating, and we truly enjoyed the breakfast at The Lagoon—great variety and quality. They also kindly granted our request for a late checkout at 2 PM, which we really appreciated. We also tried the spa, and it was a relaxing and well-equipped experience. Overall, it was a very memorable stay with a few small areas for improvement. We would definitely love to come back to The Ritz-Carlton Doha in the future!
