Apartment was clean

the front desk staff was rude not greeting upon arrival or during check-in. the apartment beside our had a dog, that keep barking at night .Same receptionist was there. she did nothing when I compline. per there policy pets are not allowed. the dog continue to bark the second day . the front desk informed me that they sent an email to the owner. Secondly the hotel is not save because any one can get to any floor without any restrictions

Good renovation,

No standard rules. No proper info relay for morning and evening staffs on duty. No consideration for regular customers -No smart tv or netflix on the living room (where everyone gathers for bonding) all tv must have -A/C in masters bedroom with problem (not functioning during our stay) -not so clean or new (as expected for newly renovated rooms) esp things inside pantry

Very bad smell inside the apartment from toilets.

The smell of the apartment especially the toilet and kitchen was horrible the floors was full of dust and not clean ...etc

The room is spacious good for the big family.

Swimming pool is not too big but it's okay

The hotel is quiet, clean and conveniently located. Everything you need is there: a washing machine, a dishwasher, an iron, a clothes drying rack, and an ironing board.

Sometimes there is an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom sink. I recommend adding some tools to the kitchen.

The self-catering facilities and staff were very accommodating and spacious.
