Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

KuwaitMy stay at the hotel was okay overall. The room was clean and the basic amenities were provided. The staff was polite, but nothing particularly stood out. Everything was just average — not bad, but not exceptional either. It was a comfortable enough stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of service and overall atmosphere.

QatarSome staff members were rude and not accommodating. The waterpark wave pool was shut down and we were not informed about some closures. Dining needs to be improved. We requested maintenance service, but the issues were not resolved. Kids club was disorganized. Disliked the idea of wearing wristbands to breakfast and dinner each time.
The hotel is new and clean. Waterpark is a perk. Valet service was good and professional. Enjoyed the sea view and the modern style of our room.

QatarShould have kid's club/space as kids are running around at the lobby lounge. Additional space for recreational activities such as table tennis/pool table if guests are not going to the waterpark. I find that staff working at the counter service (reception/restaurant) should be more welcoming. They kind of cold.
A beautiful hotel and clean room. Amazing food. 3 Swimming pools with lots of rest chairs for enjoying the sea view. They also have an outside gym where the dumb bells are from wood! interesting

QatarThe sound proofing of the room to the hallway was not the best. Regardless, it was super quiet during the evening and we were able to have quality sleep.
The breakfast and dinner were amazing. The staff were friendly and helping. The buffet included all kinds of food and the ambience of the entire hotel gave off the true holiday spirit during our stay. Say thank you to all resto staff, Bonface, Mon, Angelica if am correct and all Filipinos restaurant staff

United StatesThe lunch options for the all inclusive were not the best. Limited options and seating in the water park and the brasserie was not kids friendly. I wish in room dining was provided as a lunch option for all inclusive guests. Also the kid’s club was below standard. The first night we were there, it was only a few toys in an empty ballroom and the rest of the stay it was only bouncy castles.
The hotel is modern and nice. The main restaurant was good. Access to the water park was easy and it was fun for the kids

QatarCeiling blinking light(smoke detector)was disturbing our sleep (we used to sleep lights off) and bedroom is not fully sound proof.
Excellent service,thanks to Mica/Myka from guest relation/guest service and Faisan from Concierge.We were very happy with breakfast buffet had lots of options/variety of foods to choose and the water park has many extreme rides. We checked in 3pm and I prepared some balloons.There was surprised cake served in the room and in the lobby comp drinks with Turkish delights that my sons enjoyed after water park closed. Thanks a lot Rixos hotel for the memorable staycation on my son's 11th Birthday.

BahrainThe room was dusty, lack of restaurant option for dinner, very small kids club even though its a family oriented hotel, the rooms telephones doesn't work ( our room + our friend's one).
The hotel has a private entrance to Meryal's Park, which is the reason we choose the hotel. The lobby is cute too. The staff really care about the guests and do the maximum they can to ensure our satisfaction.
