Everything was as I expected, the staff were invaluable

The checkout time is 12 PM, which is very early

The staff are very warm, welcoming and professional - nothing is too much trouble The room was large and airy and the bottled water was topped up every day. Breakfast is plentiful and varied and the restaurant is spacious. Free pass and towel to the very close beach. What's not to love?

The service was good from the check- in to check it it was smooth. receptionist are very welcoming and accomodating, awesome service.. and the free entrance at the WBBeach is the best.. you'll enjoy beach and pool. My kids really had fun during the stay.

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Marwan at the reception and Saeed from the hotel staff for their exceptional professionalism, warm hospitality, and ever-present smiles. Their courteous demeanor and genuine dedication to guest comfort greatly enhanced my stay and left a lasting positive impression.

However, I found that the room lacked some basic bathroom amenities such as a bathrobe and slippers, as well as bar soap, with only liquid soap provided, which was not very effective. The bathtub in the shower area was narrow and not practical. Additionally, the swimming pool was very small and did not meet the expectations for a 4-star hotel. The restaurant was simple and limited, offering only a very basic buffet with little variety for lunch.
