The bathtub in the shower area was narrow and not practical. Additionally, the swimming pool was very small and did not meet the expectations for a 4-star hotel. The restaurant was simple and limited, offering only a very basic buffet with little variety for lunch.

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Marwan at the reception and Saeed from the hotel staff for their exceptional professionalism, warm hospitality, and ever-present smiles. Their courteous demeanor and genuine dedication to guest comfort greatly enhanced my stay and left a lasting positive impression.

The ladies staff at the reception desk are not very accommodating; in fact, they hardly smile.

The room was spacious, offering a sea view and beach access And has a good location. The reception staff were accommodating and polite, except for the ladies staff. Ali, the housekeeping staff, also was very polite and always kept the room clean.

The place is fantastic, as well as the location The staff was very helpful I like the reception staff with their wide smile and my favourite one is the philipino young lady called Lafina as I remember 😀

One weird thing was the cold water never actually ran cold so couldn't take a cold shower. Not sure if it is related to the outside temp 43c as I assume the pipes in the building run down service shafts. Should be ok outside of summer.

Not a new hotel but really good with a great restaurand and cafe with light snacks. The bed was a large King and one of the better beds we have slept in. All the staff were excellent and seem as they they really want to serve you well. From the doorman to reception, waitresses and cleaning staff with a thankyou to Arif when we had a minor problem. Great place at a great price..

Breakfast wasn’t included , although I assumed it was included in my booking. Swimming pool is so small ( only for kids)

Would recommend that the room maybe just has drinking glasses and basic cutlery in.
