    The location was great, the food amazing, and the staff particularly Jacob at the front desk, Mumtaz at the restaurant, and the valets, security guards were really nice! It seems the staff are trained to be extremely courteous and kind.

    I can't say I liked anything.

    I booked an apartment with a balcony, but when I arrived at the accommodation they told me it was not available!

    Complaint – Pullman Doha Hotel west bay I booked Pullman Doha for myself and my three children through Booking.com, and I carefully planned my budget according to the reservation details. However, when we arrived at **2 am**, after a 7-hour flight and 3 hours at Manchester Airport with kids, I was told at reception that I had to pay an additional 750 Qatari Riyal for an extra bed. The staff claimed that the booking was “wrong” and that I should go back to Booking.com. This was unacceptable, especially after such a long journey with children. On top of this, service during the stay was very disappointing. It often took over 10 minutes just to reach room service to order water, with the line frequently busy. While the hotel itself is beautiful and the location is excellent, this experience was extremely frustrating. There was no transparency in charges or communication with customers*, and this created unnecessary stress and financial strain. At a 5-star property like Pullman Doha, this is not the level of service or clarity I expect. I request that management review this case and provide appropriate compensation/refund for the unexpected charge and ensure that such misleading booking practices do not happen again.

    I asked the lady at the reception if there were any activities for kids, and she replied that the hotel is more for business than for families. I found this answer completely unacceptable, especially since I had booked the stay with three children

    Everything is amazing also the staff very cooperative

    Only one thing about the restaurant delivery he can't come upstairs i have to come down to collect to food

    Its not my first visit I'm a returning guest, the hotel staff are friendly. My previous visit was much better this time it was a bit unpleasant but generally i like the hotel and would recommend it
