Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I loved my time within Millennium Place! Check in was super easy and they were so helpful with my luggage too! As a solo female traveller I felt safe and secure within this residence! The room was spacious, clean and very modern, not much of a view out the window but that wasn’t really any issue. Breakfast down at one of the restaurants was lovely and fresh. I did not use any of the facilities but I could imagine they would be nice! About a 10min walk away from some eateries which was convenient!

LebanonThe outdoor pool is small, its not a pool, its a place to relax. the indoor is smaller than the outdoor pool and its not for swimming just to relax. the gym is big but not all the weights are available .
Staff is amazing and hotel vibes are great. the rooms are comfortable and the food is tasty. Washrooms are very nioce and clean and the quality of the products is really good. Good smell all over the place.

QatarBreakfast was nice, even if the food choices were quite limited, but the restaurant staff were truly commendable—they constantly checked if we needed anything and made sure we were well taken care of.
We really enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools—especially since our little one had so much fun, and the simple birthday surprise made our stay extra special.

QatarMy stay was fine,however, the hot water issue was disappointing. The water would suddenly change from moderately hot to extremely hot, or from moderately hot to cold, without me adjusting anything.
The Staff were amazing and so helpful, the Hotel is clean and peaceful.

United Arab EmiratesThe light switch in the room can be a bit confusing — if you accidentally press the main switch to turn on the lights, all of them come on, which could disturb someone who’s sleeping. You also have to keep pressing it to find the specific light you want to turn on.
I love the staff — they’re always accommodating and friendly. Please keep up this consistency, as it’s one of the main reasons customers keep coming back.

QatarReception briefs u with all of what you cannot do. There's nothing about what you can do or have on your stay. We don't this we don't that. It's just so negative. For the swimming pool, the security reminds you about the closing time but no one monitors people using mobiles, taking videos or doing tiktok vids while there are children swimming at the background. I think they should impose the rules about this and inform visitors to protect other visitor's privacy. And they're not accomodating, I forgot something in my room on check out and instead of sending someone to take it the reception sent me to take it without giving me access as per him house keeping is there without confirming if someone was really already in our room so I wasted time going and nobody was there. It's a simple coordination between him and the house keeping. When I came back only a kind staff who heard me voluntered to go back and take it for me. Other hotels have staff that are way more accommodating and has more common sense than this.
Our favorite restaurant is there. Swimming pool is until 10pm which allows us to enjoy it more.

QatarThe basement swimming pool is a wonderful amenity, and I appreciate having it available. However, I found that the water had a very strong chemical odor and it caused significant irritation and pain in my eyes. I suspect there may be a high level of chloramines, and I would suggest checking the water chemistry to ensure it's balanced for guest comfort and safety
The service here is fantastic! The receptionists are so welcoming and the room was spotlessly clean. The room service staff were friendly and really helpful, too. I hope the high standards never change
