Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaI would like to see more food outlets as it was limited. Also I arrived a little late for breakfast and could not have what I wanted. When guests are on holiday I think you need to be more flexible with your hours.
Great hotel with exceptional staff. They were undertaking renovations whilst I was there but it did not impact me at all. Bedrooms are large and very comfortable. I liked the location within walking distance of the Sourk . Would definitely return. The doormen are probably some of the best I have ever encountered so well done. Friendly and informative .

KuwaitThe towels felt rough, and the bathrobes were dry and uncomfortable to use. The room wasn’t dark enough, as the curtains let in too much sunlight. Additionally, the door opened directly onto the bed, which was inconvenient for us as a Muslim couple—I had to hide in the bathroom every time someone came to the door. And They only provided tap water and didn’t offer still water as a complimentary option.
The location was excellent, the service and food were outstanding, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and beautifully luxurious.
