The pool is a bit small. I’m not sure why there are lemons in the pool. It’s quite dangerous for kids as they tend to play with it by throwing it.

The deluxe room is spacious perfect for family of four. Breakfast is good as well.

The hair dryer was not in the washroom. Though we asked for and it was provided at the spot. The pool area is so small. There was something like chlorine may be that was irritating eyes so much. The wash room in pool areas was though clean but not well maintained.

One of the parking staff behaviour was weird, he was not hospitable at all, and always comes to you like he was going to have a fight with you, the other issue is parking, if you come at hotel late at night after 12 am you will not find parking anywhere and the staff will tell you i don't know where to find parking that was a big issue.

I didn't like initially being put in a room we didn't book and having to spend time trying to sort it out. The pictures for the deluxe king room show full window walls. The room we were originally given, we opened the drapes to find a solid wall on one side and a small half window on the other. Not the picture windows advertised. Staff did resolve the issue but on a short stay it did eat into our time enjoying the city.

We were upgraded to a suite because the room we booked was not available. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. This is a good location to walk to the Qatar museum and also to the metro. There is a convenience store nearby. The breakfast buffet which was included had a decent variety of items.

The 'clean' smell was a little overwhelming in the room, but once your nose was accustomed, all was well.

This was a last minute booking as our flight was cancelled, booked it whilst at the airport. Staff so very welcoming and attentive. Food was tasty and plentiful. Room was great the shower was so good. Bed very comfy.

Breakfast is ok, but no variety, same thing daily and you have to wait a lot (especially for coffee and omlet). Also the floor was very sticky in the restaurant (every day). Room was not very clean,I was mostly bothered by the bathroom. Only one bath towel per person, I’ve never been to a hotel where you do not get a face/hand towel as well. This is mostly an FYI, loud prayer calls at 4 am, bring earplugs.

We had a piece of ceiling unlatching, which was a bit unfortunately, but we talked with the staff and they immediately went to our room to take care of it

The unpleasant behavior of a chef at the reception, who is not understanding, because for a room of 2 adults and a child of 12 years he gave us a small baby mattress which is too dirty and mush and asked us for an extra payment for a larger mattress, that it is a scam on his part. On the other hand all the other colleagues at the reception are nice and very welcoming. A good breakfast at the restaurant, the chef Mr. KAREN is very nice, very kind and helpful.with all his teams.

The welcome, the service of all the hotel and restaurant employees are really appreciable. A huge thank you to all the teams.

The only thing I don't like about the hotel is the car parking route, very narrow, if someone not careful can damage his car. So many marks are visible form the wall of the car parking routes- indicating cars scratched the walls due to contact.

The breakfast was very delicious and yummy for the kids. It was excellent to my taste- african, as nigerian I really enjoyed the food to my taste. The location was great. The rooms are spacious and price very okay. The dinner was superb and happy to say I really recommend this place, mist especially people from nigeria, you gonna love it.

The location is great, just next to the National Museus and 10 minutes walk from Souq Waqif. Staff is nice ,very friendly, breakfast is great ,lota of options. We had a room on a high floor, so the view was stunning 😊 Bed was very comfortable, you can really relax on this place.

We experienced an issue with the phone ringing several times during our sleeping period, and unfortunately, no one was able to figure out the cause. Additionally, the room cleaning wasn’t done on time, and we had to contact reception to ensure it was taken care of.

The staff was super friendly and genuinely eager to help, which made the experience pleasant. However, with a bit more training, they could become even more efficient and polished in their roles - something management might want to consider. The bedroom was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, but it could be even better with the addition of maple syrup for the pancakes! The location was fantastic, too, with plenty of great local restaurants nearby that are definitely worth checking out!

fantastic hotel with a good breakfast, just a note, make sure you go early for breakfast to avoid the crowds as people dont seem to understand what a queue for the omelette means.
