We checked in for 3 person adult but they only provided for 2 person.

I got a room where the AC was not working properly, unfortunately the AC technician was not able to fix it, but gladly one person helped me a lot which was Ms. ANGELA, she not only helped me she upgraded me to a very nice suit!! Ms. Angela deserves a perfect score of 10/10, wonderful and very professional person!!! Hotel is lucky to have Ms. Angela in the staff!!

The property is amazing,we stayed in the apartments and it was one of the best hotels in Doha , the staff genuine service is beyond description we felt home as a family and welcomed .thank you to Mrs El Youssfi Jamila the guest relations and her team for the wonderful experience

Hotel room was not ready and hence I have to wait for 90 min.prior checkin. Late check out request was not honoured by the reception. Although guest relationship officer asked to provide an extension of Stay after checking out.

Originally our booking is 2 bedroom and im expecting it on the higher part of the hotel ,but when we are there at the reception they give us 3 bedroom and its only on 5th floor and unable to see the city lights,we didnt even use the extra room coz we are only 4 person..the reason from them is there is no 2 bedroom available that time
