Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. I stayed here for 1 year and a half, I’ll tell you the good and the bad. The staff are wonderful, the location is great, the pool is massive, the restaurants underneath are awesome , there are 2 supermarkets in the hotel that have almost everything you need, there’s a barber shop and coffee shops and 24hours pharmacy, there’s price paid is fair , if you book tower 4 is better than the rest, and the hotel too floors are pretty neat for what you pay for, all rooms have tvs connected to the internet , and the WiFi in room lets you make WhatsApp calls without opening VPN or botim. You can send and receive laundry from outside company which is cheaper and the hotel lets you leave your laundry for the company to pick them up which is nice of them. They always do offers if you are renting 1 week and above . Rooms have good coffee machines for espresso . As for the things I didn’t like, the walls are like cardboards between rooms, so you can hear your neighbors and they can hear you, on the phone, watching tv, or simply talking to each other , many times you can smell what your neighbors are cooking which can become awful sometimes , cleaning is not that great but it just does the job especially if you are staying long term. Gym is ok but can be better especially the shower rooms many things are broken in them, either where you put ur towel or the soap, some room showers have weak pressure , elevators take for ever , one elevator usually is just for VIP so you are stuck with the other 2 for odd numbers rooms. The restaurant should smell much better , although on weekends they make nice variety and pretty affordable but the smell is a turn off when you walk in.

QatarA better reception. They should ask if you have baggage and they should help you to move it, specially when you are booking for a week or more. The kitchen utensils were dirty, unfortunately. The free coffee pots its a nice touch, but they are really bad in flavor. Maybe you can upgrade that As well, you can provide more water, 2 small bottles for a person per day is very less consider the hot weather. The Wifi of the TV was disconnected so i couldn’t use netflix/youtube. However they fix it after i talk to them.

AustraliaWe were disappointed on arrival getting to the hotel at 7am, after paying for an early check in no rooms were ready. We had no option but to find another hotel that could offer us a short term room until our room was available. Rooms were a little rough and worn, not much to look at after getting past the lobby.
Location was good, we liked the breakfast, unexpectedly it was colder than we thought so didn't get to use the pool. Most staff were nice and helpful, lobbies were nicest part.

United KingdomThe rooms were not cleaned unless asked. They do change your linens and just do basic housekeeping however it would have been great to clean thoroughly especially the dust in the room. Another thing was the smell of smoke, by the lifts and in our room there was a huge odour of cigarettes which was very heavy and unpleasant. Finally, the lift was so busy and you would have to wait a while before it comes.
Convenient location (very close to west bay metro) and a short distance from a great mall (1 stop away on the metro). Has many local mosques so hearing the call to prayer was amazing especially if you’re in tower 1. Overall good experience. The staff during our stay were very lovely and supportive when needed for assistance. 4th floor has great amenities including a mini mart to grab essentials and snacks. The pool was too cold for us to use but it is big and spacious. There’s a separate gym for women and a mixed gym which was nice, also the barber shop and kids play areas were wonderful.

SwitzerlandI did not appreciate the room service, they would not change the cups that I drank from everyday, so I had to wash them to drink again (coffee or tea). The room is not big for the price, but it was fine for one person. Bed was comfortable and the room had a nice view. Staff were friendly and helped me with my luggage when checking out.

QatarThe only thing that I didn't like is we took time during the checked in time. Actually, at first we checked in on time however, we requested for a change room coz we wanted a bigger living area compared to the one's we booked online. And then, it took 3 hours and half for the transfer of room? And didn't tell us what's the problem . Also, this hotel isn't for party. We didn't enjoy much coz they knocked our door saying we are too loud. The room isn't soundproof.
