Staff attitude, room, swimming pool

Excellent place for our need. We spend time between the flights. The hotel is relatively near the airport and the city. The price for a suite is the best among comparable hotels in Doha

There were a few areas in the room that could be improved. The temperature remained quite cold — even after setting the thermostat to 26°C, the room never exceeded 19°C. In hindsight, we should have contacted the staff, who may have been able to assist. The room also wasn’t very soundproof, as we could hear a lot from outside, and there was a noticeable gap between the door and the floor. I also wish the balcony had a table and chairs so we could enjoy it properly, and that the bathroom had more hooks for towels and a toiletry bag.

Our stay at Ezdan Palace Hotel was overall a wonderful experience, made truly memorable by the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly and treated with such kindness. We were even upgraded to a better room complimentary for our honeymoon and surprised with a beautiful welcome cake — such thoughtful touches that we’ll always remember. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with an amazing selection and consistently fresh, delicious food that set the tone for each day. The staff truly went above and beyond. A special thank you to Ramesh, who kindly helped me find and purchase the hotel’s signature scent to bring home, and to Krish, whose creativity with towel animals and attentive service made our stay extra special. Every interaction with the team reflected genuine hospitality and care, which made all the difference. Despite the points mentioned below, Ezdan Palace Hotel is beautiful, the service is exceptional, and the thoughtful details — combined with the amazing breakfast — made our honeymoon stay truly memorable. With a few room improvements, it has the potential to be perfect.

The access from the road was not easy to follow from google map. I suggest putting direction signs.

The room wasn't always as clean as it could be. The cleaners never vacuumed in the 2 week stay.

We found the food and drinks to be very expensive, but that's the case in many places in Qatar. We also found it a bit disappointing that it was so quiet—it felt a bit deserted. The pool is not heated, so the children couldn't really swim.

We had a wonderful stay. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. Nice room with comfortable beds. There's a nice shopping mall nearby, and with Uber you can get anywhere quickly. Thank you for everything!

As mentioned the breakfast is absolutely amazing but we aren't allowed to take away our own leftovers, which was quite disappointing.

the light in my room just kept switching off every 40 seconds for some reason. but everything else was great
