Why did I have to pay extra for omlette :-( There’s a smell in the building probably due to humidity but wasn’t a deal breaker for me. It’s goes away once ac is turned on.

The best things about it is the amazing location, the staff is too good. The studio apartment was very nicely designed almost like a one bedroom.

We could only get airco to blow very cold air. The comparison with 40+ degrees outside was very large then. We would have preferred it to be a bit less extreme airconditioned in the building.

Juan at reception was so helpfull. He let us check in early after a long flight and helped us with everything. The staff at breakfast was also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection even when you did not use the items with payments (eggs, waffles) The studio was wonderfull, spacious, clean. Parking was in garage and always space available.

The swimming pool could use some improvement. It was too small for a five star hotel.

We booked to celebrate my youngest son's birthday. We were happily assisted by Haifa in the front office/reception. She was amazing and also the bell-Boy Aong (from Myanmar) was so helpful. Our one-bedroom was upgraded to 2-bedroom apartment free of charge and was located in the upper floor which was amazing. The room was big. It was on minimalist side which I love the most. The hotel also sent a complimentary birthday cake which we found very thoughtful and lovely. Breakfast had a limited options but it was decent. Overall, the stayed was joyous.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time. We really like it. The location is very good. There is a beach, a promenade, shops, cafes, and a metro station nearby. The rooms are very nice. The breakfasts are delicious. The staff is excellent. We arrived very late, but we were immediately checked in. Our room was upgraded. It was very nice. On my birthday, I received a surprise in my room - a delicious cake. The room was always very clean. The water was replenished on time. Any requests were met with attention. I hope to visit Qatar next year and stay at this hotel. Thank you. It was a pleasant experience.

We had two rooms in different floor which was ok but not that comfortable specially we are having kids and had to separate them, however wasn’t that big deal. The breakfast you have to pay for the omelette and pancakes 😅 wasn’t expecting that coming.

Excellent location in the centre of every place you would think of.. 24hrs gym so no need to worry what time u should hit the gym.

Low floor rooms facing a construction site which was annoying Upon My reservation should be in high floor they said in booking when I asked about it but when I reached the hotel for check in they they gave me room in 3th floor no available rooms on high floors they said.

The stuff was kind and they gave us great welcoming. Very professional.
