Had 3 bedroom apartment HUGE 2xdoue1x 2 single. Th each room. Each room is huge. Lounge huge digital huge. Air con excellent. Kitchen well litte sad nowadays up had to ask for diswasertablets no kit hen sponge or teatowelsno toaster. Huge fridge freezer and complimentary water plenty. Kit hen utensils bare minimum but managed. Even though the kitchen was a little disappointing, I have rated high as it deserves it. Let's hope they attend to the minor kitchen needs Now the staff from reception to house cleaning is simply excellent. Willing to assist so very polite, super friendly, warm, and inviting. Location for shopping and supermarket also excellent only 5 minute wLk to huge aza 10 .I s you derground train. Was rgerewhen46 degrees, so was very hot. Iwiyldsuggezt that book tours before leaving home or arriving. RECEPTION: Do not book tours and refer to 3rd party. We tried and even though say take amerucan express they did not so u able to book with the.. TO HOTELSTAFF YOUR ALL EXCELLENT WELL DONE ABD THANK YOU.

I just noticed that the pool was a little bit slippery because of the tiles used. It feels like hazardous for kids.

The breakfast was good, not too overwhelming but just enough to fill your stomach. The facilities were great, my son had so much fun in the pool. I am so much satisfied with the room, spacious, I loved the kitchen.. Everything was great.

While we enjoyed our stay at Element West Inn and the food at the restaurant, the hotel should consider offering a greater variety on the menu instead of serving the same dishes every day. Additionally, there should be more space to accommodate guests; our table was quite close to others.

I enjoyed my stay at Element by West Inn during our Eid vacation. The place was clean and well-maintained. The staff were cheerful and helpful, with Bahaa from reception going above and beyond to assist us, especially with extending our check-out. Salwa from reception and Mohammed, the concierge, were also very accommodating. I also want to thank Robin and Yasin from room service for their excellent customer service. We truly appreciate all their efforts and will definitely return again!

Unfortunately, the mobile phone signal is very weak and it gets worse the higher the floor, wifi internet is somehow decent but not as expected. some bathrooms / toilets does not have a Bidet which is surprising in this reigon. there is no kids play area in the hotel.

Spacious Rooms and cool Living area inside the apartment, kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer. Washing machine available in a laundry room which is a plus for longer stays. beds are comfortable with lots of pillows. elivators are extreamly fast and reliable even during rush time. the room service is second to none and the staff are very attentive.

The breakfast was delicious and enjoyable, and the restaurant staff were very accommodating—especially Ms. Ritz. She took great care of us and made sure we were comfortable. She's one of the best and truly an asset to the restaurant. The reception team was excellent during our check-in—they treated us very well, especially Ms. Christina and her team on June 6–7. She was professional and accommodating.

From the reception all the way to the utilities all are exceptional,friendly as well as professional. They have made sure we all are well taken care off. They even sent us a personalized handwritten bday greeting.

This is something small and insignificant compared to everything else but I think the gym could have been better as it felt limited in equipment and weights.

Loved the design and theme going on, always clean and tidy, staff were superb. Also the morning buffet had a nice variety which would occasionally change.

I did not like the hidden manager who ignores serious issues of his customers.

Up to date, I did not receive any reply to my email about the restaurant issue (no lunch, no dinner). The restaurant is closed, and we were not told that. This is so bad abuse for the customers, wherein may be it is an arrogance or neglect of the concerned manager did not allow his excellency to reply and solve the issue. It is so bad when you neglect your customers serious issue. Because of this, the downside I will mention the property did not meet my expectations.
