It was a great experience staying at Crowne Plaza, which is just 5 mins walk from a metro station. Rooms were clean, and we had a great breakfast with a live kitchen. Staff were exceptionally friendly, especially a staff member named Kevin at reception who was of great help in providing guidance about the local transportation and sightseeing. Overall, it was a great experience!

My stay at Crowne Plaza Doha – The Business Park was truly an amazing experience from beginning to end. The entire team deserves the highest praise. Everyone – from the front desk to the restaurant, from housekeeping to the organizing staff – radiates friendliness and professionalism. What truly makes this place special is that the staff treats you like a good friend – always with a warm smile and genuine interest. The front desk is always available to help with any questions or requests, and nothing is ever too much for them. They’re incredibly approachable and make you feel at ease right away with their natural kindness. The restaurant staff also made every day a pleasure. They were extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. They regularly checked in to see if we needed anything and ensured we had everything we could want. The food was absolutely delicious – each day featured cuisine from a different continent, which was always a delightful surprise. And even if something wasn’t to your taste, there were always fresh and tasty alternatives available. Everything was prepared with great care and flavor – truly top quality. A special shoutout to the housekeeping team as well. The rooms and common areas were always spotless and fresh. You can tell that everything is done with great attention and pride. I also want to thank Vincent for perfectly organizing our desert excursion. He took the time to explain everything clearly and reassured us that all would go smoothly – and it certainly did. It was an unforgettable experience. The hotel’s facilities, including the swimming pool and spa, are also wonderful. You’ll find everything you need for relaxation and comfort. The hotel’s general manager can truly be proud of this team. Each and every one of you is outstanding, and together you make a strong and unified team. We booked a room for three people, but instead of three beds, we were given two regular beds and an uncomfortable guest bed. This significantly impacted our stay. While the staff were friendly and the location was convenient, the bed situation was disappointing.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The hotel itself was great, with clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast and dinner options were fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious choices to suit all tastes. The staff truly made our experience even better. The restaurant team was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ensuring we had everything we needed. A special mention to Kalpesh, the manager, who impressed us with his constant availability and attention to detail. Solomon was an absolute delight—so polite and funny! We always looked forward to seeing him during our meals. At the reception, Brian and Chris were incredibly kind and welcoming, making check-in and check-out a breeze. We also really appreciated being granted a late check-out, which made our departure stress-free. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
