The food was so monotonous

I was in the hotel for my 50th birthday- the staff were incredible , the hospitality was top notch. It felt like they were all expecting us from the reception, to dining staff, the Waha pool side, spa - every one was very welcoming.

The balcony could have being more clean and could have being better furnished. The pool could have more shadows for the siting area.

The staff was helpful, and friendly. Ready to help any time. The room was very clean. The balcony was big. The gym is well occupied, the spa area is amazing.

We checked in early hours of the morning but we were unable to get a late check out. Expensive for just a snooze. Didn’t have enough time to shower. A lovely hotel though but since being a returned guest I expected more.

The resort is really really great, the most suitable word to describe our experience is service service service. Their staff are all very polite, well trained, knowledgeable, attentive, and you will feel in every way that they want to make their residents happy. I have never been to a place that provides the service in this professional manner. They spoil their customers in a way that makes it very difficult for any other hotel to match their experience.
