Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomThe swimming area is more focussed on adults, I didn’t see the same level of service for families with kids in comparison to the adults who were getting their towels delivered to the sun beds, water being handed out and generally checking in. The 2 families that were there didn’t receive that me included. The also negative point is there is no buffet style dinner, this wasn’t an issue for me and won’t be for adults but for kids it’s slightly more challenging. They have a set menu you have to stick to and if you are staging a few nights you do get slightly bored of the selection, the portions however are so huge you can never finish them and the presentation is a chefs kiss. All in all if I was travelling with adults I would definitely go back to this hotel but for children I will sadly have to give it a miss,
The service is excellent, the check in staff to the dining staff really look after you. My kids really felt welcomed at the restaurant and the reception areas. The cleanliness is also immaculate.

Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly, which made us feel truly welcomed. The location was also perfect — close to everything we wanted to explore. We were celebrating our engagement, and to our delight, the hotel generously upgraded us to a larger room with breathtaking views of Doha’s skyline. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special. We also made great use of the facilities — the gym was well-equipped, and the pool area was fantastic for relaxing after a day out. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We’ll definitely be back!
