I didn’t like how there was no napkins,dish soap for washing the dishes. And I’m not happy with the time they open the gym from 8am

I had order grilled chicken breast with fries and the fries was good but the chicken was so salty I could not eat all of my chicken. I was very hungry at the time. Since I had fries and they were good I was ok but if I didnt have the fries with my meal I would have been very highly upset. Also there was no dish soap in the kitchen to wash the dishes. So I nevered use the kitche. I got the room because of the kitchen.

My overall stay was excellent.

Worn out batteries for the scale and remote control not changed. No in-house netflix. Utensils are quite a few if we did try to cook.

Upgrading to a one bedroom is much appreciated. Clean. Staff is accomodating.

As requested, I was expecting a unit with a road-facing view, but the unit provided faces another block instead. Also, the parking space is a bit small and may not be suitable for larger vehicles.

A spacious room with a kitchen, featuring a large TV in both the living room and bedroom. Comes with a big, comfortable bed and a cozy living area. The bathroom is generously sized with a large shower, and there is also a separate toilet in the living room area. Fully equipped with essential appliances including a fridge and washing machine.

Service is so low. You asked something and they will tell you they’d bring it to your room but it can take an hour. Had to call them where it is or once I had to go down and picked the stuff on my own. I don’t mind it but they assured they’ll bring to my room so I waited. Also, there is kitchen but no soap. They expected us guests to bring it. I understand for long term tenants but for few days? Who would have time to buy dishwashing soap? Checking out- it takes time so you must allot some for check out. They’ll check the room first while you are waiting in the reception. They have my card info and address so if there’s something broken they could contact me, why waste my time waiting (again). Plus the room is a little old already. Maybe they should think of renovating it first before being so fussy with guests.

Big space and has an elegant lobby. Housekeeping is so good and prompt in refilling water bottles and assisting me with some personal requests. Feels good that they have 24/7 reception.

I liked the ambience of the apartment! It was very cozy and homey! The place was clean and staffs were very accommodating and helpful throughout my stay :) The pool was great!

There was a lack of amenities in the room, having a long stay at a ‘residence’ hotel, the expectations weren’t met. Bottles of water were small and insufficient and we always had to request for them. The kitchen was beautiful but it was mostly empty. Apart from the cups and plates, no other utensils were provided. If there’s a stove and a sink, the hotel could atleast provide a few pans and dish-soap/sponge. Just a few more suggestions: add a tiny pull-clothing line in the bathroom like how most hotels do, it’s convenient for guests who have a long stay.

I hope they offer 3 beds for people staying minimum of 3 instead of only a king sized bed since people are paying for that price

The location and the room were very nice and clean. The staff were really helpful too.
