Staff very friendly and always helpful

It was a mess because booking could not accommodate my family in the room with 2 single beds and 1 double bed. The hotel didn’t know why Booking would not accept it. We needed to pay extra. This took a long time to discuss and resolve. The hotel manager explained that it was not on their side, We needed to talk to booking and booking told us to talk to the hotel. Very frustrating.

Super helpful staff and very good location if you are travelling by bus as station just round the corner. Good gym and great views. Good WiFi, plenty of hot water and a comfortable bed - would recommend this hotel. The breakfast was also very good.

When extending our stay for another 2 nights , we had to pay a lot more for the room even though the hotel appeared empty. I thought they might have offered a discount even though I had to book up through the website. It's disappointing that there is no luggage storage as we wanted to leave our bags for some time and go touring, then return for another stay in the hotel. We have never had a problem in other hotels. The only other issue is there is a single door between the rooms, and we could hear everything that is going on in the next room.

Its an hotel very comfortable and luxury.

A Good sized room. TV with most sports channels etc. though you cannot get English speaking in most cases (dubbed). Breakfast was very abundant with many alternatives.

This could have been a good stay though was marred by a few experiences! Take note: no early check-in so don’t arrive before 15h (3pm). Even if rooms are ready you will have to wait in line so it’s likely best to arrive a little after 15h. A sewer-like smell in the bathroom and a parking issue. The shower head leaked and the drain was likely partially blocked. Safe parking inside though to enter and exit it took time to wait for a staff member to open the gate (in open or underground spaces). A remote or intercom would be practical as it can be very hot waiting around or trying to connect with the doorman. The pool on top floor of tower 2 was not clean. Nice view though!

The restaurant food is good, too bad it only opens after 4pm so we can't have lunch there.

Management put us in a room with a door to another room, usually used for families staying together. The "neighbors" were extremely noisy at night which made sleeping impossible.

The room and hotel was big enough and had everything. What I liked most was that there was a water boiler to make tea in the room and on the 10th Floor, there was a top restaurant. The staff was super nice.

The room was large and clean. The breakfast was average but with some scrambled eggs. and some fruits,

The staff was unpleasant. They had no more parking space, sent my husband very far without getting the luggage out first (he thought he was going very near). Did not tell us that the swimming pool was closing as early as 19:00 and we could not use it because it only opened at 10 the next morning. I had chosen the hotel for the swimming pool ...

I liked the location. It was close to the beach, the boardwalk and had many stores, cafes, and restaurants just steps away from its doors. We also enjoyed the breakfast which was varied, and good. Staff was friendly.

The room wasnt as clean as it should have been. The beds had hairs, the bathroom sink was dirty, as well as toilet and shower had grime. It felt like it needed a deep clean. The wifi wasnt the best and it kept disconnecting.

The pool had no water in it. And the road outside is very very loud, although this is obviously no fault of the hotel. Just something to note.
