Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ParaguayThis return trip to Los Lagos resort exceeded our already high expectations. Not only has the resort continued to enhance its amenities, such as the wonderfully upgraded kids' swimming pool, but all four pools were impeccably maintained. The staff remained consistently warm and accommodating, adding to the overall exceptional experience. Additionally, indulging in their organic macadamia nuts and delightful macadamia bread was a true delight. This visit was flawless in every aspect, solidifying our decision to return again in the future!

ParaguayThe hotel is surrounded by vast and picturesque landscapes that are difficult to capture in photos. It would take several days to fully explore the beautiful Macadamia grove, bridges, lakes, and canals. There are numerous spots around the property where guests can sit comfortably and admire the scenery and wildlife. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary access to amenities like the pool, table tennis, and air hockey, and we enjoyed several games during our stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options to choose from and was of excellent quality. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were well-maintained, including two pools for children and two for adults, bike rental, and various other leisure activities.
