Collecting deposit for breakable items and stained towels or sheets was a bit much. The towels were old and thin. The bed didn’t even have a fitted sheet. Also, there was a red light (like a camera!) in the space between the bathroom window and the hollowed column for the pipes to run. The bathroom window was opened when I arrived so I didn’t think much of it but then noticed a red light two nights into my stay. Disturbing to say the least. Illegal in some countries if that is a camera.

Comfortable setting for solo traveler. Relatively clean. Convenient location to restaurants and shopping. Nice staff.

To say something, - windows are not fully tight. They close well but chilly winds can be felt. But then you have the heating. - no decoration on the walls, but I suppose the apartments are also rented long term.

They are building a new wing, so if we opened the curtains, we had construction workings looking in to the appartment.

the parking lot was next to a building site and during a windy day my car ended up with cement splashes all over it from the workers who were plastering up high. although the apartment management paid for my car wash, it still ended up with scratches. after that they gave me parking under cover which was much better.

Stunning functional and modern looking apartment in the heart of the city. Key pickup was easy at the reception. There is an intimidating rules list but it's all common sense: dont break things or leave things extra dirty. The apartment looks exactly like the photos. The bed is very comfortable with extra blankets. The curtains make it really dark. The A/C unit works well for cold and heat. Plenty of closet space. The windows are tinted from the outside for privacy during the day. Shower has stable warm water, although it runs out rather quick. Good for the environment I guess :D Enough clean towels and soaps/shampoo is provided. The livingroom has a comfortable couch, new smart tv, small table and fast realiable wifi (cabled modem in room), great for remote working. There is a balcony with views of the river and great sunsets. There is not much city noise, just from the construction nearby. The kitchen comes with a decent amount of pots and pans with lids and cooking tools. There is a microwave with grill function and kettle for making tea. The induction cooking works reasonably well. Large fridge and freezer combo. There are sponges and soap for cleaning dishes. There is free gated parking, enough spots, some under a cover, others not. Reception is open 24/7. The town is walkable. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, a shopping mall by the riverfront and a super 6 (open 24.7!) about 10 minutes walk away. There is a park in front of the building with a running track. I didn't find many things to do in Encarnacion but the apartment is just a great place to stay for a few days or a month or longer. There's a pool but I didn't use, the weather was cold. They offer paid cleaning service and paid laundry service. I did not use so Im not sure what the cost is.

The hood over the stove was installed so low, it was literally below my chin so I had to stoop down to see what I was cooking. I only fried a couple of eggs so it wasn't a huge deal but if I had wanted to cook more it would have been a big disappointment.

The location is absolutely fantastic, only a few blocks away from the costanera and from the plaza de armas. Amazing sunsets from the balcony.

For a tourist it would be fab to also have some information on the sights in the area (mainly the UNESCO world heritage sites of the Jesuit missions) to make the stay even easier, as it was quite difficult to organise tours, due to the destination really not having lots of tourists and I think some of the infrastructure in the city was missing (which is in no way a reflection of the hotel),

Really nice flats in a new building with all amenities. The front desk was super friendly and supported with all questions and was always available, check in was super simple. You are living in an apartment block with a lot of "luxuries", e.g. 2 smart tvs in the flat or air con in each room which makes for a really comfortable stay.

poor bathroom ventilation. parking is uncomfortable, unless they give you a close enough spot. upon check out they make you wait in the lobby while they check the room for any issues. I’m ok with them checking the room, but they should do so in front of at least one guest.

Excellent view of the costanera and its beautiful sunset. Very clean and new, friendly staff. comfortable bed, with clean sheets. good size fridge, with a proper freezer for longer stay, although we did not make use of those facilities.

One thing that could definitely be improved is the sound proof. You can hear everything from the streets, cars passing with very loud music, ppl chatting or yelling, etc.

Very noisy during working hours due to construction next door. Don't recommend staying here until it is finished. Bit of noise from the Milord restaurant that likes to play music until they close at midnight. Exhaust fan didn't vent out of the apartment and for the bathroom had no exhaust fan - the unit was very humid as a result. Bit far of a walk to San Jose Beach. Pictures looked better than reality.
