Just fantastic. Such a beautiful location with panoramic views of the water and mountains. The windmill was perfect, private, had everything you could need. The pool was great. We didn’t want to leave!

    Nothing! Thank you Theresa!

The windmill is gorgeous the location is perfect for relaxation. We went with our child and it was perfect to stay and relax. Having breakfast with a view of Troia, Arrabida and Setubal is the cherry on top of the cake

The converted windmill, high up on the hillside above Setubal, has outstanding views across the sea towards Troia. The mills (there are two) have been thoughtfully converted and feel cosy and homely. You have the sense of being surrounded by nature and there is easy walking on your doorstep - including a small Roman road. The host was very helpful with local information.

Amazing view, great house, great pool, our host Teresa was so very kind and helpful . The design of the property is great and the sky is vast there. The greenery and paths so well laid out. Lovely dog too 😊

The surrounding area !without a car is challenging, setbul has a lot of industrial sights, a cement factory that you can’t ignore and you can hear sometimes and on a bad day smell. Natural Park very difficult to access without a car and many of the paths have been fenced off by landowners! No prior warning about any of this in the tourist information I looked at before booking. Such a shame a beautiful area for tourism clashes with the long term local industry which many locals rely on for work. Local beaches are obviously effected by the factory with advice that the water is not suitable for swimming! Fortunately the ferry to Troia is regular where the beach is endless and swimming is great.

Comfortable accommodation in beautiful surroundings, with an amazing view. Well-equipped kitchen, spacious bedroom and living room, access to the swimming pool and playground. Very helpful and friendly host. Good place to relax and get away from crowds.

I wouldn't mind if there was less concrete around the mills - even if there is a lot of greenery around. When coming with a child, it would be more practical to have an extra bed in the bedroom (which is large enough) so that it is not necessary to use the sofa in the living room. But these are only suggestions, details that that do not change comfort of the stay.

An amazing experience staying in the windmill with incredible views of the mountains and sea. Great location - we didn't have a car but could still easily walk into town /to the beaches whilst the windmill felt remote. The swimming pool was an additional bonus! The flat had a comfy bed and good shower

Kitchen facilities are fairly basic (no oven) but fine for breakfast / simple meals.
