Large apartment with beautiful terrace, air conditioning and TV in every room. Performing wi-fi 600-700 m from 3 different Metro lines. Supermarket very close. Dishwasher, microwave and Dolce Gusto coffee machine

Nothing, just cooking pots a bit limited. A pity to stay with windows closed and air conditioning on because of mosquitos without benefit of the beautiful terrace. But it’s a very hot August

Perfect location, really spacious apartment, comfy beds and great facilities if you wanted to use them. Really spacious balcony if you can stand the heat while out there. The metro station is a less than a 5 min stroll with lovely restaurants and cafes near by.

Liked it all, but I would say I am glad the lift was working.

Nice 2 bedroom appartment near subways to reach all locations

Beds are very hard, the appartment is on the top floor and in direct path of airplaines to and from the aiport. Allot of noise from them. The seating area makes no sense, its not a couch but an extra bed you cannot really sit on. Only place to sit at a table was out on the balcony.

Rooms are a good size, nice balcony area although views not wonderful. Very helpful hosts. Good kitchen, coffee machine, corkscrew available! Very good price. Location is not near centre but easy to take metro in/out. There are some good restaurants/cafes nearby. Elevator to 7th floor, some steps up to 8th floor. Penultimate day was the big power cut - good exercise walking up stairs and we were grateful the water still worked!

WiFi instructions incorrect - but resolved chatting with host. Some additional supplies would have been nice e.g. shower gel.

We stayed at this apartment for 4 nights and found it to be spacious and well-suited for a summer vacation. The two large terraces are a definite highlight, and the location is quite convenient. However, for colder weather, I wouldn’t recommend it. The bedrooms have small windows with no insulation, and the terrace doors are poorly sealed, resulting in a constant draft throughout the apartment. On chilly days, it actually felt colder inside than outside. At night, you could feel the air blowing on your neck while trying to sleep. The air conditioning setup also isn’t ideal. In one bedroom, the unit blows directly onto the bed, making it uncomfortable to run overnight. In the other room, the AC had little effect because the cold draft from the terrace door offset any warmth. Additionally, there are no ironing facilities provided, which was a bit inconvenient during our stay. Overall, a great place for summer, but not suitable for cooler seasons or for guests who need certain basic amenities.

The apartment is nice, clean and spacious. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary things: tea bags, coffee pods. Both beds were comfortable to sleep. The location is good, there are small bakeries and restaurants around. We arrived in the late evening with a direct bus from the airport and walked around 10 min to the property. The neighbourhood seems safe. We received on the same day the instructions for the self check-in. Before arriving the host recommended us a restaurant and bakery on the same street and also advised us on the best way to get to our following destination and we are thankful for that.

When we arrived on the eight floor of the building there were two doors with lockers and no indication on them which is the Elias apartment. We tried to open the safety lock on both before understanding which the correct place. It would be nice to put some door sign with the name. The apartment is located on the airport flight path and the noise from the airplanes woke us up in the morning. Maybe a soundproof expert could give you an advice on how to reduce the noise. Otherwise everything else was great.

    Good location.

This apartment is located on the 8th floor of the building, occupying part of the converted non-living space on the roof. This means three things: i) you take the elevator to the 7th floor and then walk a flight of stairs to your apartment, ii) you’re staying next to the elevator machine room, which is quiet noisy, and iii) two of the rooms in the apartment have no windows (most likely original storage rooms) and the ceilings are low, so you risk hitting your head on one of the beams. As if this wasn’t enough, the furniture is old and seems to be an afterthought, a mishmash of hand-me-down trinkets put together just because something had to be there. The building is in clear need of some upkeep, there are two elevators, but only the one next to the trash containers was working while we were there, and the smell was consistently foul. And even that elevator stopped working once, so for about 24h we had to climb 8 floors to our apartment, and we noticed that the stairs along the way were sometimes occupied with rubbish, which I’m sure would be a problem in case there was an emergency. The cherry on top, the other residents of the building, probably the owners or long-time renters were very unfriendly (I can only guess that this short-term rental is a cause of tension and problems in the building and the guests like us are made to feel it). We asked for another set of keys, because we rented the apartment as a couple, and it took them three days to give it to us. We stayed for 11 nights, and we we’re never asked if we wanted to have fresh linen or if we needed the housekeeping to clean the apartment, which we wouldn’t mind paying extra for. Although we paid for the tourism taxes upon arrival, afterwards we received several automatic emails asking for the payment of the tourism taxes. I often travel to Lisbon and rented several apartments in this neighborhood and this is by far the worst value for money experience I have ever had. If you decide to rent it, be warned.

The position in Lisbon is great. Perfect for a gig. Also some cute wine bars as we walked down from station.

It was great. Nothing to dislike really.

The terraces were brilliant, and the neighbourhood fine, plenty amenities and transport close by.

Decor and furniture a bit dated and tired

Decently spacious apartment in quiet area. Great terraces - one accessed from kitchen, other one accessed from both bedrooms and the hall. Fantastic to have breakfast outside and to read and relax on the sun loungers. Air con is quick at cooling the room. Lidl supermarket is around the corner. Great location. Direct metro line from the airport to Sao Sebastian metro stop. Easy to get into the city via metro which is an easy system to use. The 24 hour transport pass is well worth it - we used it from airport to apartment, to go into the city, went on the Santa Justa lift, returned to apartment and then we used again in the morning on the tram to get to Belem. From apartment it is about 12 min walk to Entrecampos train station to get the train to Sintra, which is less busy than the Sintra train from City centre Rossio station. O Funil 1971 restaurant is a Portuguese cuisine a few minutes walk away, where we had a lovely meal. Food was great and service was attentive and knowledgeable.

Lounge is made up of a sofa bed and 2 dining chairs which was fine for 2 of us staying. Probably not so comfortable if you were staying in all evening and there were 4 of you.

Fantastic balconies, great location, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, and easy to get around Lisbon by bus and Metro. Air con available when required

Flat is near a flight path. We found it interesting but wouldn’t want to live that close to a flight path.

In a quite area, but close to the main part of the city. Has two big rooftop teraces. Nice apartment, clean, had everything needed to cook. Has airconditioners in every room. For sure a nice place to stay!

Ceiling is quite low, which makes an impression of a very small rooms. But it's not a big issue, unless for tall people.
