The shower curtain rod fell. The shower head wasn’t stable and hard to use with out holding. Bad lighting everywhere but the living room.

It was so spacious and the views out of the two balconies were immaculate.

The smell of the foyer and stairwell on arrival and throughout our stay . This needs addressing as air freshener provided was ineffective . The thin condition of the towels need renewing

Only one set of keys provided… with four adults it would have been nice to have an extra set. The floors were extremely squeaky, I felt so bad for the people below us.

The bathroom light was out and very dark.

I loved the location and the view! Right over the water and able to view the bridges. We were right in the center of old town and walkable to all the great restaurants. The unit had a kitchen and fridge.

The noise through the floorboards from the apartment above was unfortunate and significant. The only downside to one of the best places we’ve ever stayed.

It was up 3 flights of stairs so that was quite difficult with the suitcases at the beginning, and getting our pram up and down each day, but you forgive this because it means you have the amazing views! The floors were wooden and were extremely loud and creaky, so this was not ideal when putting the kids to sleep. While the idea of having the second 'bedroom' up the ladder stairs were cool, it was quite difficult to climb up and down during the night if you needed the bathroom and not the safest with little children as there is no safety bars for when you are up in the room, it is fully open and a big drop to the floor, so we ended up blocking the stairs to stop the kids climbing up. This said, it absolutely did not stop us enjoying the apartment, it is absolutely amazing regardless.

Apartment - wow. Views - wow!! Location - wow! We loved this apartment, the view, was one of the most stunning views I've ever seen and it was all from our balcony! I highly recommend this apart. It had most of the facilities that you need, heaters, cooker with glasswear, crockery, microwave and coffee facilities. The room on the main floor was huge with some amazing window doors! Bathroom was a decent size for our family, living room and kitchen were a great size as well. It was located just off the main strip full of bars and restaurants along the river - great location. The apartment was accessed by code and lock, and was an easy check-in and out! We had some amazing dinners out, we visited the World of Wine museums which was tailored for both kids and adults, definitely worth the visit. There are parks around and you can enjoy the cable cars up to the Monastery. Porto was fantastic!

This apartment was one of the best we’ve stayed in. Communication with host was easy and it made checking a breeze. The location on the Duoro River was perfect for being close to all of the best sites while enjoying a great view. Had an efficiency kitchen. Nice little patio with restaurants and street entertainment below.

Location was perfect, overlooking the river and bridge with great views. It exceeded our expectations and the host was perfect to work with. Sometimes you just wanted to sit there and enjoy the views with a glass a wine but you need to get out because there is so much to see within walking distance

The towels were a little tired. Some soft furnishings might absorb some of the foot noise from the other apartments but this didn’t detract from the overall experience.

The location next to the river and a superb view of the iconic bridge was fantastic.

It was cold at night. A blanket was provided but it was incredibly dusty. It really needs to be aired!
