Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

ArgentinaWhat we didn’t like was that the room faced the inner courtyard, and during our stay, work was being done there in the mornings. They were assembling some furniture, apparently for other rooms, and there was always some noise.
I really liked the place. The room was very clean, and the staff kindly allowed us to check in early, which was very thoughtful of them.

The accomodation is about 15 min walking from the city centre. There were some problems at the beginning, but the administration has solved them very quickly, and we get a compliment (wine and chocolade). There were also water and bier in fridge. Maybe this place is not convinent for a long trip, but if you're planning to visit Porto for a few days, staying in Olala is a good idea

Orange juice, beer, and water waiting for us in the fridge! We wanted a full day to adjust to the time change from the west coast of the US. This place worked well in that it is close to the old town/cathedral/metro. Some nice small restaurants nearby. Was able to arrange for a backpack transfer so that I could begin my Caminho without carrying it.

United KingdomOver two floors which was a cool lay out, shower was hot and powerful, their was a coffee pod machine, 3 beers/waters/juice/butter/olive oil in the fridge for us. TV with Netflix and cooking facilities. The only thing I didn't rate were the beds quite hard but personal preference.

United StatesIt is sometime likely to count on any human attention or support. The WhatsApp service was simply useless, they should be more willing to support, in my case I had no answer to my request. Some of the guests were a bit noisy. Pillows were hard and a bit uncomfortable.
The property was at walking distance of the Key locations in Porto (~20’). Little to no interaction with the staff, just with simple numeric command to enter into the premises and the room.

IrelandThink hot water supply needs to be checked since we were four we couldn’t take a shower all in a row since hot water would finish very quickly. Tried to contact the property regarding having family for a lunch which the guy on the phone stated that he would call back with an answer in a hour and that answer never came in, after contacted them on WhatsApp and they said that they would say something in the morning and answer never arrived so I believe they don’t really answer back to their hosts.
Property had everything that we needed. Very welcoming with treats and was very clean. The best thing about the property is that there was a laundry room where we could wash and dry our clothes that made our stay cozy since we could easily wash our clothes and feel comfortable like at home.

GermanyToo many messages on diffrent channels (Booking, WhatsApp, SMS, necessary interaction on their own service Website) sometimes simultainiously. Even though it was a stay without service/cleaning during the stay someone hat entered the room while we were away without any adcance notice.
Studio 1.2 was very spacious with big great windows to a calm street with trees. Nice neighborhood. Easy to walk everywhere from here. Room was nicer then expected. The bink beds keep a distance also on the lower level. This could be expected but you might get another imprrssion from the pictures. Overall very nice place, even thogh there is a problem with mold stains on the wall... as in many appartments in old buildings. But they should be taken cate off.

SerbiaI wish there was one king-size bed instead of two single beds, but we managed. The vending machine sometimes doesn't give you the product but takes the money, also the coffee vending machine only accepts coins, which was a bit impractical.
Good location, clean place, common room, spaceous bathroom equipped with everything one might need, same for kitchen, AC, TV, vending machines, closet. It's close to the city centre.

United KingdomThe top beds on the bunk beds were very uncomfortable. The mattresses were very thin and would sag down in between the slats.
Great communication around check-in. Good location, we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go and there was a metro station near by. Nice communal patio area and the vending machines are handy.

United StatesAdvertising was misleading, in promising 2 double-beds and a sofa as well as a balcony. Instead we had two small-ish bunkbeds for 3 adults, and no balcony, just a common area downstairs that was partially outside.
Great location (quiet area, 15min walk from city center, close to grocery and breakfast cafes that are not touristy). Nice gesture to leave water & juice for guests. Sufficient cups/plates provided.
