Apartment was so big and spacious which was perfect. Had everything we need facilities wise and was in an excellent location. We easily walked to everything from the apartment and everything was lovely. Highly recommend!

There should be a small shelf in the shower for guests to keep their things. Also having a small box of laundry detergent there would be nice :)

This place was very central to everything! It was really comfortable to stay there, and it was great that it had a washing machine! There’s also a few small grocery stores nearby to grab food for breakfast. We stayed on the 1st floor, so we only had 2 flights of stairs, which was perfectly fine, but I do feel bad for the people on 4th floor. Just keep that in mind. It’s an old building, so it can’t have an elevator. If you’re in good shape, the many flights of stairs to the top should be fine. If you are against stairs all together, you might not like walking around Porto either as it’s very steep in some areas ;) If you are there a weekend, I recommend earplugs because there’s a bar outside the bedroom, but honestly it wasn’t that bad, especially if you have the AC on in the room at night. I’d definitely stay there again!

The room was a bit noisy in the evenings, there is a bar directly below and patrons can get rowdy, otherwise no issue.

The apartment was very clean and spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils needed to cook. The location was perfect, right behind the Sao Bento train station, perfect if you are visiting Aveiro or Coimbra, also close to the main attractions.

The beds and pillows were not the most comfortable, but for the price, we didn’t mind too much! The kitchen was not too well equipped but we were able to cook breakfast every morning.

Amazing location, we walked everywhere, could even see the Sao Bento train station from the bedroom window. Loved the 3 big windows with the balconies. The washer and the dishwasher were nice to have although the soap was not included. Great big shower with lots of water pressure, never ran out of hot water. Easy self check in.

We were on the top floor which was a really steep climb & so hard to get our suitcases up the stairs. Ok if you are young & just have backpacks or small suitcases but we really struggled with the stairs.

The location was great. We needed to leave our car in a parking station as there is no parking on the street. Walking around Porto is easy enough even though it is steep. Getting into the Apartment was easy, communication with the host was great.

Very welcoming and efficient hosts especially regarding access to the apartment. They had offered us space for our bags at their nearby offices since our train was arriving before the apartment would be ready. At the last minute they let us know that the place was ready and we could go right there.

The apartment is spacious and simply furnished with all we needed. The bed is comfortable. Location is excellent! The remote for the tv wasn’t working and the staff responded swiftly.

There were a few things that could’ve been better such as matching wine glasses, water/beer glasses and a fry pan but when I alerted the staff they sorted out the problem promptly by getting new items. The batteries in the TV remote were corroded and hence remote didn’t work and also the TV. The toilet seat was also loose. Having said all of that these things didn’t ruin our stay and the staff were responsive when I asked for some of them to be fixed, I was happy for them to fix some other things after we left, it’s just a maintenance thing where the management team need to have better processes in place to identify deficiencies rather than wait for customer feedback before they fix them.

We really loved our 3 day stay in this property. It was quite large, well equipped, centrally located, reasonably quiet during the night, had very very hot water, check in and check out very good and staff were responsive. Was one of our favourite places we have stayed in Portugal.

The apartment had a spider web in the corner of the living room, the night stands in the bedroom qere dusty, and their were a few small dead insects in the living by the windows.

Had plenty of space. The bed was comfortable, and the location worked well. We were able to access earlier than the original check-i.

The shower could do with updating.

It’s very bright and airy, lots of natural light and plenty of space. The windows are huge and can be fully opened, and the wooden floors are very cool. The location is amazing, you are right in the centre and everything is so close by. It’s also very peaceful and quiet and feels like an escape from the chaos of the city.

There was a problem with the bathroom extractor fan when we first arrived (it was making an awful noise) but we rang the apartment management team and they sorted it out for us promptly which we really appreciated. No other problems at all.

The location of the flat is excellent - easy distance to walk to most of the city's attractions. If you need supermarkets,.there's a Pingo Doce and a Continente a short walk away. Plenty of good cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. We particularly liked a cafe at the top of the hill (Esquires?)lovely sandwiches, coffee etc. The flat is spacious and comfortable with good facilities (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hob & oven) and a very comfortable bed.

I wasn't aware that these apartments were in the 2,3, and 4th floors of an apartment building. No elevator to help with luggage. The apartment itself was adequate, but far from a comfortable home away from home. The Washroom had a few issues. The light / fan was so loud they couldn't be used, so we had to shower with only light coming from the hallway. The sink faucet was broken. In the bedroom, you couldn't plug in things next to the bed without unplugging the lamps, and the headboard had been taken off the wall. When I raised these concerns, they did send someone to fix them, but only the faucet was addressed, and I was told the fan allowed for bad smells to be taken away! On the final morning, I received an email saying their office was closed and we could not leave our luggage as they had previously offered. This didn't actually impact us but was pretty poorly managed and communicated in terms of timing. Overall, I didn't really need an apartment style accommodation in Porto, and I probably should have booked a hotel room instead.

The dishwasher, washing and drying machine and internet connection made working remote for two weeks very comfortable. It has a great location right near everything and the main train station. The only issues were the bed wasn’t the most comfortable and we had issues with the front door keypad not working one night. The staff/hosts are very responsive and made sure to fix any issues right away.

Lovely space! Has everything you need and was great value for money, having the living area was great for mid afternoon naps before going back out and exploring. Great location, close to everything especially the São Bento train station.

The only thing was that the heating didn’t work very well in the common area, we left it on for a few hours because it was very cold and it never warmed up the apartment. And it’s good to note that it has thin walls and sometimes you can hear the neighbors or outside noise but nothing too bad in my experience.

I stayed for two nights with my friend and everything was perfect!! We could have stayed a lot longer, the apartment is beautiful! It’s really easy to get the keys and to enter. It was very clean and the pictures do not disappoint.

Renters should know that it's on the 4th floor and it has no elevator. having said this, you'll walk many more stories just walking around Porto than walking up to the apartment so it's not a problem. It was just a bit of an issue for my 88-year-old father.
