There isn’t much to do in the immediate area around the hotel, and it’s quite a distance from shops and restaurants. We weren’t informed that housekeeping wouldn’t be available on Friday and Sunday, which was disappointing since we expected the room to be cleaned and to have fresh towels after returning from the beach. The food options were also rather repetitive. However, my son loved the bakery options at breakfast.

We stayed with two young children, and they especially enjoyed the hotel’s facilities, particularly the swimming pools. It’s a great option for families looking to stay outside the town in a peaceful area. The nearest beach is about a 15-minute walk away, though there aren’t many facilities available there.

Only issue for me was the lifts not really adequate for the amount of apartments and unfortunately one lift was out of order on the last two days of our holiday

Loved the pool area great for keeping the kids occupied. Key wrist bands great no need to worry about forgetting keys or losing them. Love the cleaners coming in every day especially changing the towels.

Loved it all! Set up was brilliant. Amazing spot for kids all ages and location was brilliant, so close to lots of different areas and activities. Breakfast was fabulous 10/10.. i could live off the glazed mini donuts/orange juice. The cleaning standards very high inside the apartments and shops/restaurants on site had so much to choose from. So many large pools to pick from and all staff so welcoming and helpful. Found the minimarket fairly cheap for being so accessible. Balcony was massive and just a dream in the early mornings and late evenings.

In our room, we noticed a lot of ants wandering around the room. I found a live cockroach in the bathroom.

The Breakfast restaurant is a nice big area, lots of room for all the people. The location of the hotel is just outside of the busy Albufeira. Our hotel room is a good size for a family of 4.

Sun loungers being taken up early by people that aren't even at the pool. Should be staff on hand removing towels put down with no one around.

Our kitchen ventilation didn’t work Gym, please have better stuff ( cable machine and smith machine) then you can do more exercise and heavier as light. Slides close at 18 but said 19.

Slides, pool, the apartment. Love the kitchen. Lots of sun beds- not many people reserving sunbeds even if it is forbidden like they do at the canaries. Prices at the hotel- not totally overpriced as it often is. Location off the crowded Albufeira. Bering able to access the other sister hotel. Better gym at that one.

The room service was hit and miss. The rooms weren’t serviced for 2 days due to them attending late afternoon after our day out. We needed to use our room at this time. It’s usual to have rooms cleaned earlier in the day.

Clean and lots of space. The room was large and a fabulous large balcony to relax at night.

Apartments were fab ! Plenty of things to do for toddlers kids club , mini discos , parrot shows , reptile shows , waterpark you wouldn't have to leave the resort if you didn't want too .
