Great hospitality, hygiene, location. Wonderful for families. Definitely recommend it, and we hope to be back one day. The kids loved the jacuzzi! We didn't have the time to take a look at the old house but would love to next time to get a better understanding of the history of the place.

I stayed at this hotel for one night when I visited Ramallah. It was fabulous!! Everything was exceptional. The rooms were so luxurious I honestly didn’t want to leave my room even though I was there for tourism. The beds we super comfortable and there was a great selection of things to watch on TV which I didn’t find at any other hotels in the region. The location is perfect walking distance to downtown. The owners are so sweet and helpful and even arranged a taxi to take me back to Jerusalem. It honestly feels like a 4 star hotel. I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else on my next trip to Ramallah.

The cleanliness was unmatchable. The rooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable. Internet was fast. I know that because I worked there and took a lot of work calls. Only a minute away from the Main Street and just handy. The best thing as well is that it is a non smoking facility.

This is the second time we visit mizirawi hotel , we enjoyed every moment, the room was very clean, the location was fantastic easy access to all the attractions we wanted.. The staff was super friendly and helpfull .This time we were very lucky to meet the owner of the hotel Mr mizirawi he was very kind and welcoming .. Highly recommended 🥰🥰

Close to central bus station. Staff was so friendly. Room was large and comfortable. Shutters blocked out all light and the neighborhood is quiet. Large outdoor patio enabled local friends to come visit us.

Loved the amazing welcoming Enas and how quickly she nog only answered all my questions but took me out to the street to show me how to walk to my destinations and was always available to answer questions. The room was very comfortable and clean, had a lovely bathroom and the hotel is very well situated,

I couldn't get the shower to run very hot

Excellent value for money. Very big room with huge super-soft bed and nice balcony. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful - special thanks to the lovely man on reception who shared his meal with me when all the food shops were closed (sorry I didn't catch your name - you are a lifesaver :) )
