Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at meilinoum hotel, and I must say, it was a truly perfect experience. From the moment l arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service and attention to detail. The check-in process was seamless and efficient. The room itself was immaculate, with a comfortable bed, stylish decor, and all the amenities one could ask for.

Location was quiet, but walking distance to the busy Al-Manara Square. Free parking lot in the hotel is a huge bonus. Large comfy beds and a great choice of breakfast. Amazing and helpful staff! We were offered late check-out complimentary. Great pool area with pool bar.

QatarMy comment regarding the bathroom, there is a hole in the glass separating the bed and the bathroom, which makes you see the person inside the bathroom !! It makes no sense and never fits into our culture. I hope the hotel will reconsider this issue .

I think the hotel’s standard has declined; even the breakfast used to be better. The entire night the room didn’t cool down because of the weak air conditioner, and we filed two complaints. Compared to the price of $200 per room, I don’t think it’s worth it. On top of that, the reception staff’s attitude was rude, especially the one who checked us in when we arrived—he was ridiculous . Overall, courtesy and good customer service are a rare currency here.
