“I think the hotel’s standard has declined; even the breakfast used to be better. The entire night the room didn’t cool down because of the weak air conditioner, and we filed two complaints. Compared to the price of $200 per room, I don’t think it’s worth it. On top of that, the reception staff’s attitude was rude, especially the one who checked us in when we arrived—he was ridiculous .
