The double room, the beds are full and a little bit uncomfortable. The breakfast is so- so and all the cups were dirty. We stayed 2 nights and they never cleaned the room.

My room didn’t have much lighting. The windows were pretty smudge and not clear to get natural sunlight. The shower was either boiling hot or cold no in between.

The whole atmosphere was a good experience. The Bad Bunny vibes were well displayed.

It is very close to the airport. We selected this hotel based on that as we arrived late at night. It is also very close to the beach.

How high the window is that you cant sit and see out the window (i had a bit of a view to the ocean and the street) would of been nice to see while chilling 😎💕but had to stand 🥺 No parking - and barely any spot to unload as a guest from a taxi etc to hotel...

Great location (across the beach). Love the sign "letrero" in the lobby with the miles to different destinations. The writing on the wall in rooms. Great pizza restaurant attached to hotel. Room view with a little bit of the ocean. 💕

The front desk staff was pleasant, helpful and professional, but the check out process was something I have never experienced. First of all, I have never had to do anything to check out of any hotel, VRBO, etc. in this century, but here I had to wait in a long line to physically check out which was unexpected, but I am patient and was okay with the process. The problem was that there were two employees in the lobby that wanted to shoo us away. They wanted the rest of my party to wait outside in the heat with their luggage while I waited in line. They were rude and pushy, and they lacked hospitality. I paid a lot of money for two rooms for one night on my return trip from Vieques, and I was not happy to be pushed out in such a rude manner when I was simply following the hotel’s outdated policy of having to stand in line to check out. Honestly, I almost never complain, and I am incredibly understanding, but the rude treatment is difficult to overlook.

The room was clean and comfortable, and it was in close proximity to the beach, restaurants and the airport.

Never was able to use the pool since always chairs were not enough and were occupied. Sometimes, needed to wait for towels for the beach, since was not able to go to the pool. Prices of food too expensive based on the amount. The parking been charged by separate was not good. However, experience was ok.

WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE WAS THE MOMENT WHEN THE POWER WENT OUT AND THE POWER PLANT DID NOT WORK AND I FELT LIKE ANOTHER DAY THAT LUMA DOES THE SAME THING, LEAVING THE TOWN WITHOUT POWER.

The only complaint was a slow draining shower and a wonky bathroom door that was hard to close.

We stayed there here the first and last night of our trip to PR and it served us well. So convenient to the airport and beach. Great pool. Comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly.

Upon arrival they didn’t have my room available , I requested in advance ( King room w/ balcony) Also , I had to make 2nd reservation due to miscommunication about my check-in . We had a midnight flight that wasn’t covered until 3pm regular check -in time . I had to pay 2 security deposits under the same name too.

The room was very nice and clean! Also , it was across the street from the beach. We booked a king room and the bed was so Comfortable & Cozy.

I didn’t like that apparently there was some construction going on and that I wasn’t informed. I didn’t like the original room that was assigned to me. The room was at the end of the hallway and outside my window were all the AC’s for the hotel were there and I could hear them . The room was very cold and needed more light. They tried to fix it but it didn’t work. I finally figured out how to turn it off. The room next to mine there was constant noise of people laughing talking loudly and it had a connecting door to my room. I eventually talked to the manager and she helped me and was very accommodating. The hotel in general needs more improvements. The hotel windows need cleaning some of the newer staff needs to be trained throughly before being able to serve the public. The amount that is being charged for the stay is a little bit over inflated .

The door vibrated every time another guest opened their room door. A small light kept flickering on the wall beside the bathroom. It looked like an emergency light maybe. not sure.
