Great location in the heart of Old San Juan, near bars, caffès and cruise terminal. Most of the rooms don’t have windows and the central AC is not adjustable but the staff was great and gave us extra blankets.

The windows are old style and it’s very very noisy in old town - cars play loud music throughout the night and rev their engines so loud. Not the fault of the hotel at all of course but something to bear in mind when staying here and hoping for a good sleep Would have been a nice touch to have a bottle of water in the room fridge like many other hotels do. You can buy at reception for a charge though.

Very central and so handy for leaving on a cruise from the port. Room was very large and comfy. Staff were helpful.

I wish I could have controlled the air. It was cold, but I was given a blanket. I couldn't operate the TV. But for the one night I was there it was a great value and location

The room’s carpet was very worn and in desperate need of replacement. No AC adjustment in the room. One size does not fit all.

The staff were outstanding and very helpful. The hotel is located in old town a short walk to the cruise port. Plenty of good restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops and food markets nearby (5 min.) Fun place to stay in San Juan.

Shower had no hot water (zero, the difference between full cold and full hot was maybe 2 degrees F), room had no windows (no daylight to wake up to), AC was often too cold.

Excellent location, easy access but felt safe (code door locks on the individual room and on the hotel exterior door), inexpensive, mini fridge good for storing tasty local leftovers, friendly and helpful staff (recommended Uber instead of a taxi), room was clean and tidy

We definitely needed a fan. I guess since our room had windows and farthest from the AC unit, we got hot.

The location was perfect! The room was nice. Hotel lobby was nice and they held our bags for us before check in and after check out. However, the listing said coffee pot in the room and we had to go to the lobby.

Old San Juan is noisy and you could definitely hear street traffic at all hours of the day. It is also an older building, as you would expect from an old city but it was always clean and seemed well maintained.

You cannot beat the location of this hotel. Everything you want to see in Old San Juan was within a 20 minute walk. The staff were also great. They went out of their way to give me the best room possible since I was staying for 2 weeks and I didn't meet a single staff member who wasn't polite and very nice.

Taxi driver could not locate so eventually dropped off two blocks away and we had to ask several people Being European, and not use to AC the room was very cold, but the young lady on reception was wonderful and got us blankets immediately

Even with the (central) a/c running constantly, it was pretty humid.

Excellent location just a few minutes walk to anywhere in Old SJ, large room, decent wifi, our room at the rear was very quiet.

It is Old San Juan so everything is aged but clean and functioning. I couldn’t control the room temperature but the AC was efficient. No window or patio.

Location was perfect in the center of Old San Juan. Access to the hotel and size of rooms is very good. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Info indicated coffee maker in room but it did not. Bed and room furnishings were old. Rug really needed cleaning, bare feet stuck to rug.

It was ideally located within walking distance to many sites, restaurants, and bars. The bed was comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly.
