The pigeons and blackbirds at breakfast are a menace and its unsanitary to sit outside with them.

The staff were so friendly and helped with any questions we had. The rooms were immaculate. Thank you house keeping! The buffet breakfast in the morning with the ocean view was such a treat. One of my favorite stays. Thank you again.

The hotel fees are pricey however they are clearly stated in your stay.

Close to shopping and restaurants. Cascino and food on premises. Bar in main lobby and poolside. Large pool with daily activities and a slide. Check in and out an easy process. Secure parking garage with key card. Coin laundromat avaliable. Security stationed throughout hotel. Staff courteous and attentive.

I can't think of anything that i disliked about the resort. The only thing that threw me off was that they take no cash at the resort its all card only even to buy a coffie its card or charge to your room it was just a little different to our stays at other resorts not bad just different.

The whole staff were exceptional very attentive to are needs we all felt well taken care of before during and after our stay i would definitely recommend the Marriott in san juan the resort has beautiful location and also very close to alot of shops and restaurants and amenities my family and i would highly recommend staying at the resort it is very kid friendly the pools are very nice and beachs very inviting.

All the restaurants on the property are VERY expensive for a simple salmon and steak nothing special $122 at the restaurant on the property. As well as their little cafe two quesadillas and two drinks $80 just ridiculously over priced wouldn’t recommend eating on the property food from the restaurant wasn’t very good for the price.

The environment was very nice and clean staff was friendly and attentive. Love being so close to the beach was very nice to be able to just walk out towards the pool area and a few steps you’re on the beach. The staff helping at the beach very kind and helpful.

The only thing that wasn’t pleasant was that we were given a handicapped room, which was fine however I feel they need a flat drain between the floor and the bath surface. Because water kept wetting the floor every time we showered and we had to keep putting towels on the floor.

Staff super nice, beautiful rooms everything clean. Have stayed there several times. Never disappointed at all. The aquatic exercise was awesome and fun for everyone along with the bingo by the pool bar! All the staff super friendly and very helpful, along with the gentlemen helping on the beach area to accommodate with the umbrellas, chairs and towels.

The water was rough. We went in waist deep. Still beautiful to sit on the beach.

We had an Oceanfront room with a fabulous view. The water is rough but beautiful to look at. We enjoyed the beach pool, the food, smoothies. The dinner was fantastic. The swim up bar was great and the live DJ was fun. We also enjoyed the Restaurants around the hotel. It was easy to get to Old San Juan to explore the Forts and the city. Definitely recommend going to both.

The average room rate per day was between 500-600$ then when you get to resort you are charged two extra fees per day. Which bumps up your daily stay to over 700$-800$ a night. I didn’t even stay during the “busy” season. I think for that price and no food to be included at all is outrageous. The food on the resort is expensive and not to great . I would not stay at this property again for that reason . The beach was also red flagged the entire stay
