Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe host were very unprofessional, charged a 100 cleaning fee and the apartment was only half cleaned. I had to clean the showers, sweep and buy detergent for the linens and toilet paper, they gave me the wrong entry code for the door nd left me stranded for more than 20 mins two days in a row. They tried to charge me a 25 damage fee on top of everything I paid on booking.com that was non refundable mean while the couch was worn down the master bed is worn out and feels like youre sleeping on a sheet n cardboard. The bathroom in the master bedroom the know for the shower was broken the light in the master bedroom didnt turn on the face/hand towel that was folded in the master bedroom bathroom was dirty aswelll the soap holders were all rusted and moldy the shower curtain had mold on it in the main bathroom the ceiling fan was really dirty, and then the last day the host didnt communicate to the other host that I extended my stay and pass on the message about getting a discount or comp night and someone came into the apartment while I was not decent and I felt very unsafe. The host got upset with me bc I felt unsafe and screamed at her that they need better communication but you put me in a weird situation when im in an apartment alone and someone especially va man idk walks in while im not dressed. I've been messaging them pictures and everything since I got there they communicate when they want to days later and then dont do anything. I deserve a refund at least partial I paid a 100 cleaning fee and I had to clean upon arrival and finish the laundry bc the linens were in the dryer and not put out why am I paying fees if im the maid atp. Then I had to show their maintenance person the problems with their apartment! And they trying to make it seem like I was trying to steal time also the pool was for the whole gated community not just this unit. It said private pool i thought it was only for the unit.
I liked the space it was spacious and a nice apartment. It was a very nice community

United StatesThe procedure to gain entrance is far too complicated! 7 steps, 2 security gates and then download an app to get the code for the door lock. Took 2 calls to a help desk. Ripoff pricing. The unit cost- in bold print- was $99 for one night. But the taxes, a $50 cleaning fee and a $90 linen fee (???!) increased the price by 150%. In addition the ‘management’ company wants a $25 damage waiver fee- and it’s non refundable even if there is no damage.
Nice view from the balcony

United States1. Musty rooms 2. Poor showers; water temperature was very difficult to regulate (the regulator(s) were leaking; old and should be replaced. 3. Kitchen stove rusty, but worked 4. Did not / could not get cable TV(s) to work and spent way too much time/effort to no avail. 5. No WiFi!! 6. The pool was located approx. 1/4 mile downhill from apartment, not really " poolside apartment. " 7. Was required to do "housekeeping," e.g., take garbage bags to trash dump, although a fee was charged for such! Left apartment in same condition as found.
1. Great view 2. Spacious 3. Working washer and dryer. 4. Quiet area 5. Decorated well; pleasant atmosphere 6. Parking availability 7. Good communication with rental agency
