The property was so beautiful and had the most perfect location. I also felt very safe during my stay as a solo traveler.

The walls were a bit thin so if people were in the common area I could hear everything.

Check out time is really early

I absolutely loved my stay at Navona Studios! It was central to everything and very safe. I would highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to visit Old San Juan and its surrounding areas. I will definitely be back.

There wasn’t anything that I disliked. I was traveling solo so the size of the room was fine for me, but it may be a little small for travels with a bigger party.

The location and cleanliness

Maybe the shower could be improved

Clean, convenient

It can get loud at times. People party there at all hours. Early morning the city has clean up crews that make noise.

Great location. Super clean with a nice sized fridge. I would absolutely stay again.

Things to know, not necessarily bad, just that help to know in advance: - In order to gain access, you have to go to the jewelry store next to the big N (Navona) sign. Once we figured that out, it was easy to get into our room. - We stayed during a time that San Juan had no running water. They do have a cistern which thankfully meant we could at least flush the toilet. - Yes, loud music plays right outside the rooms. It was off by 10pm when we stayed and as it was a rainy night, the street noise was pretty quiet as well. - Yes, the AC is set without your being able to change it. Depending on your comfort level, it wasn't that much of an issue. - Yes, there's no elevator, but the stairway is large enough to easily carry bags up.

Property had too much noise during the night, which made it difficult to sleep. Also, it seemed like there was some construction going on early morning.

Perfect location, reasonable price

Zero insulation (you could even hear people talking on the street and music from passing cars), air conditioning was always on without the ability to turn it off (it was freezing all night long, we had to wear our jackets to sleep), bed is for 1.5 people not really good fit for 2 people.

Location common area and terrace

No elevator we had too many suitcases

the atmosphere is great and it is very very clean in the villas, the common areas and roof terrace are maintained well.

i reported to the owner that the shower pressure was not good, they told me it was fine and would have someone come out to look at it. the housekeeper came and checked out the shower & said it was fine. the rest of my stay the shower was still not pressurized correctly.

The property is in the heart of Old San Juan, very accessible to all the places around, easy check-in, you can explore the Old San Juan by walk from the property

The bathroom sink was very small, except that everything was good
