The location was great. Restaurants and nightlife were very close. It was also right down the street from the Bioluminscent Bay Snorkel and Swim through Paradise Scuba and Snorkel.

The pool was dirty and cloudy. If the opening hour is 10am the staff should not start 30 min prior the opening to put the chemicals and start clean it

The location was perfect, the accommodation was exceptional, and the pool was immaculate! Tge pool, grounds, and room arre.cleaned every day. The Nautilus Shop. for check-in and check-out is fast and convenient. In addition, it is the perfect place to find souvenirs! The Wakey Monkey is the best for coffee, breakfast, lunch, and dinner Thursdays - Sundays, and it is licated right next to the Nautilus by Jamaca. I have already stayed at the Nautilus by Jamaca twice, and will book a stay every time I visit LA Paguera.

The location.

We had an amazing stay at Nautilus by Jamaca. It was exactly as described and more. They communicated very well prior to arrival, giving us clear instructions on how to access the room. The check in staff were always available, friendly and helpful. There is a gated parking lot, which was convenient and worry-free. The location was great as far as proximity to restaurants and tours. The pool was refreshing and clean and the pool area was trendy and comfortable. The room was super clean, comfortable and well appointed with coffee maker and fridge. The closet had great storage for organizing luggage. The beds were really comfortable and the style of the room was perfect—chic beach. The hammocks on the porches are amazing. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Parguera. It’s close to the main public parking lot and to the main area, but we didn’t find it to be too busy or noisy. We did the bioluminescent tour with Parguera Water Sports and it was about a 3 minute walk. We would come back here in a heartbeat.

We had a lovely stay at the Nautilus Hotel,mainly due to its fantastic location – just a quick walk to some excellent restaurants and beautiful cayos. It was so convenient to have everything nearby, making our trip even more enjoyable. The staff ( Ms. Johanna) was warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile.

Our room was clean and comfortable, offering a nice retreat after a day out exploring. However, the pool area could use a bit more maintenance – a little more attention to cleanliness and upkeep would make a big difference. Also, having a bar on-site would have been a wonderful addition, especially for those looking to relax with a drink after a long day, hoping they consider these minor improvements for an even better guest experience.

Nautilus by La Jamaca was exceptionally well maintained. The property and the pool are maintained and clean every day. Our room was immaculate and the small hotel-sized refrigerator was great for keeping drinks and snacks. Coin laundry available was very helpful since we were doing many different activities in, and around the water over multiple days. Secure parking with gated access provided a worry-free vacation for our family. Check-in and check-out were a breeze! The location of the Nautilus is the best in town if you are looking to be close to all the water excursions and multiple options for dining, though Wakey Monkey was the best!!

Everything was fantastic! I will be returning and rebooking my stay at Nautilus by Jamaca as soon as possible!
