Reviews of NAÜTIK, Ocean Front! Great view

Location was great, the view spectacular, quiet at night so could rest after a long day at work, good secure parking spot, secutiry, super friendly host, cleanliness and fast access. Quick access to El Conquistador since I was staying over the weekend to work a convention.

The only thing I wasn't too fond of was there was a little smell of smoke in the room like cigarette, but it didn't keep me from enjoying my stay.

Location is premium overlooking the atlantic ocean, on a clear day you get to see Vieques island. Restaurants and beaches nearby

Perfect stay with amazing views. Gaby, the host, was excellent and stayed in communication regularly to ensure we had everything we needed.

Naütik is a stylish, spacious apartment with an excellent view located in a posh building in Fajardo. The apartment has all the necessary amenities and Gabi (the owner) is a very pleasant person with happy personality who took the extra step to buy a new pillow and bring it to the apartment when I asked for a firm pillow instead of a soft one.

The only thing we did not like was that we were asked to pay in cash or PayPal, which to our knowledge at least was not specifically stated beforehand. Nevertheless given Gabi’s overall presence we obliged.

Beautifully decorated, fantastic location . Gaby , our host, was the highlight, he was thoughtful , friendly and made our stay even more special. Huge deck in the shade at end of a hot day, walking distance to restaurants, the water always within view, inspiring sunrise- nothing to complain about. Parking and security was the cherry on top.

Location and view were great.

Cleanliness. There were crumbs in the bed, dusty, communal toiletries, stains, dirt. Wasn’t convinced it had been cleaned prior to our stay. Smelled a little musty. Arrived around 1130am and didnt get a chance to put parking pass in window until next morning. We came out to the car with a large orange sticker attached to the window and we could not get it off. The car had been registered with security and they still put the sticker on the window, forcing us to get cleaning supplies just to take it off.

The host Gaby is fantastic. He is extremely responsive and helpful. I’d rent from Gaby again. The condo was on the ground floor and had a fantastic porch in the front.

I didn’t like the street area to get to the property, the street wasn’t in the best conditions and the property should have more outdoor lighting

Well stocked, comfy beds, plenty of hot water in the shower, comfortable couch and great view! Great food choices in walking distance.

Beautiful view, interesting ship and sea decor, very comfortable bed, soft fluffy towels, small kitchen to make meals was well stocked, nice deck

Bathroom ceiling and shower curtain had mold/mildew that needs to be addressed.

Gaby, the host was great, he responded quickly to our texts and provided informations we needed.
