The power generator stopped working after 12 hrs of operation. It was restarted about 3 hours thereafter but stopped working again some hours before sunrise.

Dwelling was clean and spectacular. Amid an island blackout it had a power generator that entered into service flawlessly

We got there after dark and it was hard to find the location and rooms. We couldn’t see any address or sign telling us we were at the right location. The area was not lit up so it was a little scary that we were in the right place. I called and the girl was very kind, helpful and patient with me.

The only issue is the operation of the gate…is supposed to be automatic as per label installed in the gate, however the instructions sent to me establish that is operated manually and in effect was operated manually. It’s probable that the motor was damaged but in this case could be working with the repair.

The property is very good, very clean and comfortable. The only situation was a minor issue with the booking, than result and a cancellation because the host group understood that the room was not available. Fortunately the host group verify the information again and immediately call me again to indicate that the room was available and all was result satisfactory. Location is great, and room was very clean and comfortable for sleep the night.

No instructions on where lights are coming onto the property or where rooms are, or where playroom items are. Kind of a hassle to catch up with maid. No daily maid service.

Everything was very good...I would like some courtesy coffe pouches and I have to say that you have to be a mentalist to operate the shower knobs(open/close valves) 😅 But loved it I would recommend the place.

I originally had rented apt 1, but was relocated to room 5 at the last minute(do to a scheduling g conflict). Apt 5 and 6 are two economy rooms in a wood structure located on the property. Very thinned wall separates these 2 rooms, you can literally here everything going on next door.The rooms are comfortable for 1 or two people, they don’t come with the larger sink, stovetop, toaster that the other apartments have, but you can make do as they have plates , pots , pans, small sink, micro, coffeemaker, fridge. I found the living are small for my taste but room did have a good a.c. . I was charged the same $ as the larger room. when I realized this , I bought this up with admin, and they did reimburse me hassle free. In terms of the room, it was spotless. There was an issue with a foul smell of sewage coming into the room the last 3 nights of my stay, with sounds coming out of toilet and shower drains when someone flushed. I notified housekeeping. I did not like that I really felt prohibitive from playing my music, tv or even having a conversation in my room during the evenings out of consideration for my neighboring room, because there is no sound proofing In these rooms. All the other apts are in a concrete structure where the thick walls would give adequate privacy for all. I would recommend the owners to put some safeguards in the pool such as handles for getting in and out, depth markings, and also that all areas be wheelchair friendly.

A dog next store barked a lot, including in the middle of the night. No beach towels were provided.

Convenient to at least a dozen beaches. Staff and guests were super friendly. Nice pool. Lots of birds. Wonderful bed.

The room had a stench from the sewage. It was a divided garage renovated into a room. The towels and toilet paper were limited. The pool was not clean as it should. The water wasn't clear.

One of the bathroom toilets was clogged since day one, problem was reported numerous times and they promised to come by and never showed up to resolve the issue. There were roaches and mice in the apartment.

First of all the place is not hard to find but doesn't have any sign with the name,the parking lot half of it is occupied with construction stuff,the apartment we have apt #1 the kitchen full of roaches, las cortinas de las ventanas rotas, el escrin de plastico de la puerta flojo no serraba et,etc probably i would not stay again.

Price rate was reasonable it have outdoor stuff that you can use like grill,pool table and the pool mas tiene donde puedes pasar el rato bajo sombra y amacas,es serca de la playa etc.

The cooker (stove and oven) did not work in our room, which is not good for a self catering apartment. Despite promises of someone coming to look at it (there are no staff on site) it was not fixed for the entirety of our stay. On one night we were offering the use of a cooker inn another apartment through 3 sets of coded doors but that was just for 1 night out of 5. It put quite the inconvenience and cost onto what was otherwise a pleasant stay.

Great location, away from the hassle of San Juan. A local beach is a 10 minute walk down the road. Pool area is clean. Comfy bed, and spacious rooms.

There were many roaches in the kitchen, no mosquitos nets. the towels were dirty. The wall with the next room is extremely thin, you can hear the person in the other room breathing.
